The Atempted Kiss

It was dark but this time I wasn't scared, I wasn't feeling alone this time. I heard no voices and saw nothing. I didn't understand why it was different this time.

"Bella?" as I heard his voice I smiled at him "I thought I lost you, I felt your pain."
"I'm fine, better than fine actually I feel fantastic." as I turned to face his blue eyes I saw that I was flying.
"Bella! You're flying"
"Oh my gosh I'm flying." with all the excitement of flying I lost my balance in mid air and fell. Expecting to find my face one with the floor I felt that I was but 10cm away from the floor in Dylan's arms.
"Are you falling for me?" he said as he lifted me up to meet his face. Holding me by my waist I stared into his eyes. He pulled closer to him and gave me a bear hug that felt so good to get we were both flying in the air.
"Oh crap, Bella." he said as he pulled away from the hug.
"My bad, still getting the hang of it."
"It is fine, my ex use to do it all the time." what the hell did he just say? I know that we not practically together but does he really have to bring up his ex.
"Bella are you okay I feel that you are angry."
"No I'm fine." that said I pulled completely away and turned for the door. As I went for the button the door flew open.
"Bella your up and you are looking good."
"Thanks Tod."
"Bella I have a surprise for you."
"Really Tacia." I said as I rolled my eyes at her.
"Trust me you will love it."
"Okay so what is it?"
"This squid head smoothie and..."
I couldn't help but pull my face funny as she handed me the smoothie.
"You can come out now."
I turned to see who she was talking to only to drop the smoothie and run towards my sisters open arms.
"Bronwyn you back."
"Yea I guess it didn't matter if Tod chased me away because he didn't want me to tell Tacia that he loves her."
"BRONWYN!!!" I turned my head to see Tod clench his firsts with tears in his eyes.
"Tod is this true?" he looked at Tacia as a tear fell down his face to meet the floor. The next thing I knew Tod ran off and Tacia ran after him.
"Well now that I got my payback done I'm going to go and shower, see you later Bella."
"Remind me not to get on your sister's bad side." Dylan said as he wrapped his arms around my waist pulling me closer to him.
I jerked away and turned to walk the other direction only to be stopped by him grabbing my hand.
"What is wrong Bella? Why won't you let me hold you?"
"Nothing is wrong."
"Bella I can feel if something is wrong. If you don't want to talk to me can I read your mind to find out?"
"You can read my mind."
"Only if you give me permission to do it."
"Oh then no."
"Then please tell me what is wrong."
"Nothing, it's just...." I couldn't finish my sentence as he silenced me with a peck on my lips.
"You don't like me talking about my ex." still speechless I smile at his sly smirk.
He pulled me into the room but tripped over a cord and I fell on top of him. As I sat up I saw that I was straddling him.
"Are you okay?"
"Never been better Bella." he said as he switch the positions. Now he was straddling me.
As he lead into me to get our lips as close together as he could the door swung open.
