Shivaay's P.O.V

"Omg! Please forgive me! Please, please, it wasn't my fault didn't do anything.Please spare me this one time!"Anika said the very moment I held her shoulder from behind.

I didn't had the least idea about what was she talking about mean why was she apologizing to me? Did she did anything wrong with me?I don't think for as much as I can remember, there's nothing like that!

"Excuse me! Why are you apologizing to me? Sorry I didn't get it", I said as I was really confused at her strange behavior. Well, even though I don't know her personally but all through this evening she seemed to be a nice person.

"Uh, I'm really sorry for my strange behaviour.I was just...uh...leave it! By the way why did you came to me? Anything important? "Anika asked me after sometime.

"Uh...No nothing special! I just came to give you your salary!"I said with authority, thus making a stern look."Hmm, so here is you're cheque of fifty thousand! Keep it safely, or else you'll lose it, then don't ask me again about it", I sternly said while handing her the cheque.To be frank didn't wanted to be rude to her, I don't why. But to maintain my ego and reputation I had to.I mean I just can't let the world see my soft side, keeping my reputation and my well-built image at stake.

"Ok! I get it, but can't you please be a little polite?" Anika said, hesitantly. Well, she was right but my stubborn ego didn't allow me to apologise.Instead, I got furious at her.

"What! What do u mean? Now you will teach me manners? Do you know that I can even fire you for that?"I shouted badly. She also got infuriated by that as her face went red and her eyes widened sharply. But she stopped halfway, opening her mouth don't why but seeing her it felt as if she realized something really important!Huh!Maybe she realized how superior I was to her!

She stood there staring at me blankly, while I also stood there looking at her occasionally, so as to figure out what happened to her. When suddenly, she...she...she fainted!

Even though that left me really confused and clueless, but still I hurried towards her almost as a reflex and caught her, just in time before she hit the solid ground stood like that for a while, not knowing what to do next. It was really strange for me, for I was that sort of a person, who plans everything in advance but right now there was no specific plan in my mind.

I called for help but unfortunately nobody came, maybe it was because of the great noise created by the guests. Just then felt my phone rang took it out from my pocket and saw my phone's screen flashing Shakti uncle's name received it at once and held it against my ear.

"Hello!"I said casually."Shivaay listen, we all are going to the site with our clients. So are you coming or not? "Shakti uncle said, sternly."Uh...I...I" I stammered, I seriously don't know why the hell I was stammering!
I was in a fix, at the moment. 'Should I leave Anika like this or not? Should I go or not? What should I do at all? 'These thoughts were winding up my brain, badly.

"Shivaay, are you coming or not? See, I'm asking you for the last time." Shakti uncle shouted, and it shook me hard and inevitably broke my trance of thoughts."Uh,I don't think I'll be coming as I don't feel well."I lied.God! Why the hell am I lying for this freaking girl! Like what does she even mean to me?"Ok, you're wish! "He shouted once more and then hung up let out a sigh of relief.

Seeing Anika's condition for a moment or so,I stood there motionless, unable to decide my next move.I thought of taking her to my room, as it was the nearest and as I didn't want to anyone to know about her.

Without no one's help it was really difficult to take her to the room then, hesitantly held her up in my arms, as there was no other option left now. After taking a last glance at her, I proceeded towards my room and laid her on my bed.

Just before I could do anything in order to help her gain consciousness heard a loud splash and hurried out of the room, immediately.I know shouldn't have went away like that, but I was already too shocked to do anything. So that loud sound easily distracted me, for it was like a relief for me from all that tension.

As I absent-mindlessly hurried towards the source of the sound, my mind was still occupied with thoughts of Anika. But the shrill sound of Tia's loud shrieks took me out of my trance of thoughts.Tia had accidentally fallen in the pool. And she was shrieking badly, as if she was going to drown.Huh! I seriously don't get why she always overreacts so much!

Nevertheless offered her my hand and helped her by pulling her out of the pool. She hugged me the very moment she got out. Omg! She's so clingy! "Thankyou so much Shivaay!Agar tum nahii aate toh naa jaane mere saath kya hota!"(You know, If you wouldn't have come, then I really don't know, what would have happened to Me.), she said, sobbing and dug her head deep into my chest."See,Tia it's okay now.So,please don't worry and let's go inside",I said abruptly, trying not to sound too rude. She just nodded and followed me to the guest room know was acting too rude, but I can't help it's I was already tensed about Anika and now Tia had fallen into the pool. Oh God! What has happened to both of them! I sighed.

As we reached the guest room hugged her once and then proceeded towards my room.There,I saw Anika still lying on the bed. There was no movement at all, except the clanking of the plastic tray as it hit the hard wooden table, as the maid was putting two glasses of juice and water on the table. On asking her about the drinks, she told me that Tia had especially sent them for me.As I nodded approvingly, she obediently left the room.Well,I did sensed something fishy as Tia never used to show her concern and love towards me, so it was really strange of her to send me juice.Nevertheless,I concentrated on waking Anika up.

I don't know why, but for one moment didn't want to wake her up from her deep slumber.As, in this condition only, she looked really beautiful.'Uh! Shivaay, stop it! What are you even thinking! Remember, you are engaged to Tia.You just can't think like that for any other woman!'I scolded myself, sternly.

I,then wasting any more time went up to her, took up the glass of water from the bedside table and sprinkled some water on her face. For some seconds, there was no movement but then she shifted a little and slowly opened her eyes. As her mind got finally registered to the surroundings, she immediately jumped out of the bed. And before I could do or say anything, she in her haste of getting out of my room, sprained her ankle and fell on the floor, wincing.

Seeing her fall on the floor ran towards her to help her stand up. "Please, please don't touch me! Let me go! "She protested with urgency in her tone. "Anika understand you have to go, but first take some rest and then you are free to go"I said with a concerned face seriously don't know why the hell I am letting someone to see my soft side, which I've been hiding from the world, till now.

Nevertheless, after much reluctance she finally gave in and sat up on the couch. As I stretched out my hand for the glass of juice to give her, she literally shrieked so badly that I had to cover her mouth with my handkerchief. When after tying the handkerchief with much difficulty again reached for the juice. And before she could push the glass away with her hands held her hands firmly.Then, I loosened the handkerchief and forcefully, made her drink. She resisted for some time, but then even her hard resistance and reluctance seemed too weak in front of my authority.And, inevitably she drank.

After she finished drinking, she threw the glass on the bed and before I could protest any further, she stood up and held my collar. Trust me, I've never seen her like this before.
