"Y/N we are leaving be good to Jacy and remember I love you"your mom said.
"Whatever, bye, love you to I guess"you said.
I can't believe it my parents are leaving me again I hate my life. They said that they would be back in about 5 months. "Just great they aren't going to be here for my birthday"I thought to myself.
"Hello miss Y/N are you ready to go?"Jacy said.
I decided to leave only jacy new this she is my only friend because I take online school. We made a plan that I would leave to explore the world. I had to I can't just stay in this house all my life I'm done hiding in the shadows it's time to leave and find an adventure.
"Let's go,thank you Jacy for everything, I'll miss you"I said with a tear falling down my cheek.
We hugged and I left. I didn't know where to go I didn't know what to do I lived far from society so it was pretty quite . I decide to go to the jungle behind my house I ran as far as I could,never looking back. I stumbled upon a waterfall and a small lake. I looked at the waterfall there was something there. I went closer it was a leapord it didn't attack me it just stood there. I looked at it straight in the eyes I don't know why I wasn't scared I felt safe I don't know why. It came closer our noses where nearly touching. It started walking out te waterfall I decide to follow it. I heard someone talking to me I looked everywhere no one was there then I look at the leapord I could understand it but how? I thought to myself, am I going crazy?
"Who are you?"I said.
"I'm your guardian I will protect you with my life while your on your following your destiny, my name is Matenui."she said
"How can I understand you? My guardian? What?"I yelled
"Everyone that is human has a guardian, you can only understand me for now s-"she said before I interuppted her."What do you mean for now?"I asked with a puzzled look.
"We all have our life planned out I am here because my mission is to protect you while you are exploring."she said.
" oh OK ,so what should we do I mean I've looked at this jungle through my window but Ive never explored it"I said.
"We will start tomorrow right now we have to go back to my nest. The sun is going down which means the world will get more dangerous."she said .
"But I want to explore ple-"I said before she stopped me. "No, we are going to my nest we will start tomorrow!"she said sternly.
