AUTHOR'S POV
"You what?!" HyoRi's voice echoed through the whole hotel lobby. Everyone tried to cover her mouth to avoid the stares of the people passing by but they got shoved away coldly.
"I was playing around with her... But I didn't expect her to swim to that deep." BaekHyun fiddled with his fingers.
"Eonnie, it's also my fault too. I wasn't supposed to swim till that deep, so stop shouting at him," Sam softly spoke.
HyoRi sighed, while patting her head she told her to go back to the hotel room and rest. "Kai, take care of her. I wouldn't want anymore incident to happen again." HyoRi ordered sternly.
Well, certainly everyone there knows if anyone we're to oppose to her decisions would end up being shouted at so Kai groaned in protest but didn't retort back to her anymore.
Everyone waved goodbye to both of them including BaekHyun whom apologized to her as well before saying his goodbye.
Sam led the way to her room. sliding the card through the scanner, she made sure Kai had enough space to walk through the door before walking into the living room. "Sure that boy wouldn't even use his golden hands to push the door wide open," Sam thought.
She slipped through the door of her room, but stopped closing the door when a hand stopped it. "What?" She was confused.
"Key," He stretched out his hand, demanding for the key. "What key?" She rose her eyebrow.
"Tsk, the key to this hotel room of course. I need to change out of this wet clothes too, don't I?" He rolled his eyes.
"Yeah, whatever." Sam threw the card at him which he caught it and closed the door.
He walked out of the hotel room and proceeded to his to change.
After taking a hot shower, Sam wore a plain tee and shorts. "It's not like I'm going to impress anyone, and this is so comfy!" She squealed to herself.
Brushing her long brown hair, she browsed through her phone to see her friend until Singapore sent her a messages through Line.
~Conversation between you and Jas~
"Hey pal, how are you doing there?"
"Fine I guess?"
"Something on your mind?"
"You read me like an open book Jas."
"I know you better than anyone else. What's on your mind?"
"I'm having a vacation with my class and I almost drowned today."
"What?! Haish, you're careless as always! You're always making me worried for you! "
"Yes, yes, I got it mother!"
"That's good. I got to go now, talk to you later!"
~End~
She placed the phone near the stand near her bed but suddenly, she felt cold and dizzy. She sat down on the bed and rubbed her temples to ease the dizziness but it got worse. She wrapped herself with through blanket, falling asleep as she thought that after a nap, everything's fine.
Sliding the card, Kai entered the hotel room after changing to a new set of dry clothing. He knew it was not a good idea to barge in a girl's room so he knocked the door and no one answered him.
"I'm coming in."
He rolled his eyes when he saw her sleeping on the bed. He was about to wake her up when he found something amiss. The bed and the blanket were oddly hot.
