Sammy left the house at seven o' clock that morning right after Sarah ate breakfast. He had already told her that she was spending the morning with Henry.

She met with Henry in the study to start her work. Surprisingly, Henry had no trouble with her lessons since he was a part time substitute teacher years ago.

Ballet lessons were at eleven o' clock. Henry walked her in. She went to the locker room to change into her new uniform.

The teacher walked up to Henry.

"Hello, are you here with one of the students?"

"Yes, I'm Henry. Sam had an early shift so I brought Sarah"

"Ah! It's so nice to meet you!"

Sarah walked out to the main room.

"Henry, can you help me lace my slippers?"

"Of course!"

The other moms waiting awwed at the kind veteran's willing act.

"There, how's that?"

She stood up and performed a small pirouette.

"They're perfect!" she hugged him and joined the rest of the class

"They're perfect!" she hugged him and joined the rest of the class.

Two o' clock rolled around and the duo arrived at the studio.

Joey stood outside waiting for them.

"Henry, thank goodness! Have you seen Sam?"

"No, I thought he was here working"

"He left around noon to get lunch and never came back"

"Did he tell anyone where he was going?"

"That's the thing, one by one they all vanished"

"How do things like that happen?"

"I don't know, but until this mystery is solved, these doors are closed"

Sarah sat in the back seat, trembling.

'Where's my dad?!'

Henry drove back to the house. Upon arrival an officer was waiting at the door.

"Sir are you this child's godparent?"

"Yes, is this about his disappearance?"

"I'm afraid I have some bad news. We found this tie in a puddle of blood. The D.N.A was a match to Mr. Lawrence's. I'm sorry" The officer showed a bag containing the bloody black and grey striped tie.

Sarah's eyes widened. A memory flashed.

She stuttered, tears dripping down her face

"Th-ats the tie I gave daddy on fathers day. He wore it everyday.....*sobs*"

Sarah ran off in a fit of tears. she climbed into her treehouse. On the little table up there, sat a framed photo of her father.

"I miss you daddy"

After she had calmed down, Sarah climbed down the ladder. Henry sat there at the patio with a couple sandwiches.

He looked to see her in her dress and leggings. Her hair and dress fluttered in the wind.
