♦ Jesse's Pov ♦

Morning soon crept up on Petra and I and it was another day for work...

I got up earlier than Petra, who was still sleeping peacefully next to me, I stroked her hair and kissed her forehead. Today was Sunday and I don't do much work on Sundays so I decided to at least 'try' to finish signing the rest of paperwork I had to do for the town so I could take a early break. I got out of bed, took a bath, changed my cloths, brushed my teeth and made some breakfast. I left a note for Petra so when she got up she would know where I went.

I headed to work early so i could come back home sooner, I made you breakfast and coffee, breakfast in the oven and coffee in the microwave. Love you~

When I had finished Petra's note, I stuck it on the fridge and left the house for work.

♦ Petra's Pov ♦

I got up around 8 in the morning, which was rather early for me, I didn't see Jesse next to me so I knew he left for work early, I got out of bed, took a shower, changed my cloths and brushed my teeth. I headed to the kitchen to make breakfast but I saw Jesse's note on the fridge, "Aww Jesse, I couldn't ask for a sweeter partner." I said to myself. Jesse made Punkin pie and coffee for breakfast, I sat down at the table to eat and surprisingly the pie tasted good, "Whoa i didn't know Jesse had some serious cooking skills, darn my boyfriend good!" I said as I began to blush. I relaxed for the rest of the morning walking around, talking a nap and then I decided to take a walk around town.

The day went pretty fast when one of my fans stopped me, "Uh hi there?" I said. "Hi Petra, I'm a huge fan of you!!!" he started of excited, "Oh, sorry uhhh, I'm Justin, I was wondering if you heard about Sarah!" Justin finished, "Sarah, who now?" I questioned confused. "Sarah, like the new girl in town, I'm a pretty BIG fan of her, she came from the Far Lands, she's pretty talented, she's having a concert at Bad Luck Ally tonight after dusk! I was wondering if you would come?" Justin informed. Sarah?! She's coming? I thought."I'll try my best to attend," I answered. Justin walked away after our conversation and I made my way back to Jesse's house. "I can't believe Sarah is coming to visit! My best childhood friend is coming!" I said to myself as I arrived at Jesse's place, I came inside to relax and wait for Jesse to come home to tell him!

♦ Jesse's Pov ♦

I finished work early as I expected and I made my way back home, I stopped at the treasure room because I had to put back Lucas's 'journal' since he left it at my office. I returned the journal to the room when I saw, "Ivor?!" I said in surprise, "YES Jesse it's me... " Ivor said in his normal grumpy voice. "I wanted to talk to you after dusk but since your here now I might as well tell you now," Ivor said suspiciously. "Tell me what?" I said slowly. "There's this girl coming to town today, you know the singer, Sarah..." Ivor stated. "Yea I've heard people all around town spreading rumors about her." I admitted. "Huh I would be surprised if you hadn't heard from her, anyway, she's here undercover to deliver a large amounts of rare yellow diamonds!" Ivor stated. "YELLOW DIAMONDS?! But that's impossible!" I argued. "That's why she undercover, she's a famous singer but she's the leader of her kingdom, The Eagle Empire and they have a deadly army, many people call her Majectic Eagle as her nickname." Ivor said excited. "Wait, if she's that powerful, then why hasn't she tried to attack Beacon Town?" I questioned. "Because Jesse, Sarah is Petra's childhood friend." Ivor answered. "Lets just not mess anything up, Sarah changes her mind very fast, just play it cool!" Ivor finished. I thanked Ivor for the information and decided to return home.

I came home and tried to find Petra, "PETRA?!" I called out to her. Petra came out all bubbly and excited. She told me everything, about her childhood friend and why she was bringing the rare Yellow Diamonds. When Petra and Sarah was younger, Petra's mother gave the rare diamonds to Sarah's family and now she's just returning them. I've never seen Petra this happy since I told her I love her, I held Petra close to me, "Well that's great princess, I'm happy your so excited!" I stated. She wrapped her hands around my neck, "I knew you would understand, that's why I love you," she said to me, I kissed her on her cheek, "Well, Sarah's coming tonight so I suggest we get everything organised now." Petra agreed and we prepared everything for tonight's mission.
