20 months from present time
[setting: Avengers: Age of Ultron]

"How about this one, ma'am? you're skin colour would absolutely match with this one." The woman behind the glass cabinet full of golden jewelry was, infact, jealous.

She would sometimes glance over at Rovana's clothing, sometimes even caught staring at her fair white skin.

Surely, she had tried her best not to ask the unbelievably beautiful costumer infront of her, questions like: what kind of foundation she must have used—but upon looking at how flawless it was, there were no signs of liquified substance on her, or any kind of compact powder anywhere near her face.

Yet, Rovana did not pay any mind to what the woman infront of her urged to do, infact, she took it funny on how a grown woman would get jealous on an almost fifteen year old. Though it did slightly annoy her how the woman's voice in her own mind wont stop talking about her skin, and her red lips.

It gets a little annoying when you cant stop hearing the voices in their minds.

I bet she's using some kind of potion, yeah. That's probably it.

Rovana rolls her eyes. The woman must have notice that she did, because then she stopped staring at her. But not to mind, Rovana was still much more interested on the golden pieces infront of her, her eyes twinkle in awe.

Before she managed to leave asgard, she took it upon herself to bring some diamonds with her, since she never really like diamonds. Rovana believes it's better to have shining gold than a piece of transparent stone.

With a clever mind, she had enough money to collect from people who wanted her stones—and it bought great joy for her to realize she can buy more pieces of gold with the money she had.

Rovana points her index finger to a larger piece of gold, it was a golden necklace with a key as its middle, a diamond in between. "I think this one's my choice," she tells the woman before her, not minding her stare.

It was undeniable that Rovana loved gold—oh, she couldnt even live without it. She wont know otherwise, since she's been practically living in a golden palace her whole life.

"Okay then, ma'am, let me wrap it up for you." The sales lady scurries away, her face redding with faint embarrassment.

The day went on as usual, just the way she liked it to be. She bought yet again, tons of jewelry as she walks around the mall hunting for more.

She had took notice of a man who seemed to follow her everywhere she went, at first, she payed no mind, thinking he was probably just some guy who find her pretty.

But it wasnt just today—she had someone following her since the day before, and she started to take notice.

Rovana looks behind to see that the man had a cap on his head, his face low. Blonde locks can be seen from the side of his face, yet he remains unrecognizable for Rovana. She turns her head forward once again, only to see a red head place a napkin on her mouth and nose, causing her to black out.

"So who's this?" Rovana tries her hardest to open her eyes, unluckily for her, there was a blinding light that seems to be from above, causing her to squint her eyes more than once to readjust her sight.

Once seeing clearly, she looks foreward only to see a frowning Thor. She immediately stands up from where she was laying, her mind running on thoughts on how to explain to her brother why she left their home.
