I sit at my desk in my room thinking about the picture while tapping my foot on the ground. Garroth was going to get back late tonight and I couldn't get the picture out of my mind. I thought about explaining what happened to Garroth, but I thought against it because I didn't want Garroth and Laurance's friendship to be ruined by me. I thought about not telling him everything, but I knew that picture would get to Garroth and he would be mad at me, thinking I'm cheating on him. Lastly, I could break up with him, the thing I did not want to do at all cost.

After awhile of thinking I finally decide to tell him, but I don't know how I'm going to do it.

I sit on the couch, watching a movie on tv when I hear a faint knock on the front door. Sighing, I stand up and open the door to see familiar blue eyes looking at me.

"Garroth, you're back!" I say happily as I envelop him into a hug.

"Hey Y/n! I've missed you!" Garroth says to me.

"Well, come in!" I say as I step aside allowing him to come in. We sit on the couch. "How was your vacation?"

"It was great, but would have been better if you were there. By the way, I got you a stuffed unicorn!" Garroths pulls a stuffed unicorn from behind his back.

"Thank you Garroth!" I hug him and set the unicorn on the couch. "I really missed you, Garroth, even if it was only a week."

"I didn't spend a minute not thinking about you..."

I turned to face him better to see our faces were so close I could feel his warm breath on my face. He leaned in and pressed his lips to mine. I kissed him back. We pulled away and I was ready to tell him about the picture.

"Garroth, I need to tell you about something important. I do not want you to freak out or do anything crazy that might put someone in danger. Laurance kissed me." I say slowly as I look straight at Garroth.

Garroth's eyes went from his usually bright blue eyes to deep dark blue eyes in a matter of seconds. "He did?"

"He even had Gene take a picture and blackmail me. He said if I didn't break up with you, he would show you the picture..." I watch as he stands up and walks to the door.

I stand up and grab his arm before he walks out the door.

"Don't kill anyone or do anything stupid. Please." I ask him before he walks out the door.

"We'll see about that." He says just as he walks out the door.

I watch as he sprints down the street. Laurance's house is near the end of the street.

I sigh and start sprinting after him so I could make sure he didn't do anything he would regret.

I skid to a stop as I see Garroth knock on Laurance's door, greeted by Cadenza, and let inside.

I run up just before Garroth goes inside.

"Hey, Cadenza!" I say, out of breath from running.

"You here to see Laurance too?" She asks me.

"No, I came to see you!" I shoot her the "I need help quick" look.

"Well come in you two! Laurance isn't here but you can wait for him in the living room, Garroth." Cadenza tells Garroth as Cadenza brings me into her room.

"Garroth is gonna kill Laurance." I blurt out as we sit on Cadenza's bed.

"WHAT!?"

"Laurance kissed me, now I'm afraid that Garroth is gonna do something stupid out of rage because I told him."

"LAURANCE DID WHAT?"

I couldn't further explain because we heard Laurancecome inside the house.

I run into the living room just as Laurance gets there.

"What are you doing here, Garroth?" Laurance asks Garroth acting like nothing had happened.

"You know why I'm here," Garroth asks his dark expression growing every word.

"Ahh, it's because I kissed Y/n, isn't it?"

"Why'd you kiss her? I thought we were friends."

"Friends? She was mine. At first, she was my girlfriend. I know why she left me. It was because of you. Before we broke up, all she talked about was you. Garroth this, Garroth that. She was my everything, yet it seemed like YOU were her everything. Now look, you guys are together. It's like you took her from me. The picture was supposed to tear you two apart, so I could have Y/n back."

"Lauran-" I get cut off by Laurance.

"Garroth. The boy who gets everything. Family vacations. Girls thrown at you. tons of friends. Popularity. Y/n. You didn't understand that Y/n was mine, did you? MINE!" At the last word, Laurance throws a punch at Garroth and hits him in the eye.

I shriek and rush over to Garroth to check his eye. Garroth shakily stands up.

"Ever think she chose who she wanted to be with?"

"She did. But there are always reasons girls choose to be with guys. You did things so she would fall in love with you. The sleep over... all the other times you kissed." Laurance walks over to me and grabs my arm and pulls me to where our faces are only centimeters away. "Now, I'm going to take her back." 

He forcefully kisses me and I don't kiss back. I pull my head away when I am suddenly turned back around with Laurance's arm around my neck.

I glance around the room and I don't see Garroth, but I see Cadenza.

"Laurance, what are you doing?" Cadenza shrieks.

I'm suddenly thrown to the ground while Laurance turns around to see Garroth with his fist raised as if he was going to punch Laurance.

"You don't have the guts to do it "Hero". You're soft. You wouldn't even attempt to do i-" Laurance gets cut off by Garroth's large fist swinging at Laurance, knocking him out.

In a flash, Garroths deep blue eyes are suddenly his soft light blue ones again. He looks at Laurance and his face is covered in regret.

"I'll drive you guys home." Cadenza says, walking outside to her car.

I stand up and give Garroth a hug. I rest my head on his shoulder. After a few moments, he hugs back. We stay like that for a few minutes longer, then head out to the car.

When we get out of the car, Garroth still has regret for punching Laurance.

"I have to go to bed for school tomorrow..." I say then press my lips to his for a goodnight kiss.

He kisses back, and we stay kissing for a few moments longer in my drive way. I pull away and go inside.
