Chapter 14

Garroth's Pov

I feel my phone vibrate and I take it out of my pocket.

??? - Hello Garroth.

G- Da fudge, who the heck are you?

??? - that's for me to know and you to find out.

G- Classic evil villain line. You are probably evil. Stop texting me you probably sicko villain.

???- Stay away from Y/n, or you will have a bad time.

G- You can't tell me what to do.

???- We'll see about that.

I shake my head then block the unknown number.

Your Pov

I think about the events that had happened yesterday.

Ivy.

I mumble under my breath then stomp outside. I walk to the fence and peek through the small knot hole in the fence.

I see Garroth walking around in circles, mumbling, and running his hand through his hair. I grab the top of the fence, and lift myself over.

"Hello Garroth..." I say softly.

"Uh, hey Y/n..." Garroth says before mumbling something and taking a big breath. "I have to get something off of my chest, so do you want to go out of dinner tonight so I can?"

"S-Sure! Like as a-a date...?"

"Y-Yea I mean u-unless you don't want it to be..."

"I-I guess it's a d-date I guess... What time?"

"Uh... I'll pick you up at 7?"

"Of course! See you later then!"

"Y-Yea See you later!" I say before hopping back over the fence.

I sprint inside and stop at the base of the stairs.

"Why such a rush, Honey?" My mom asks.

"Oh uh nothing really just a d-date with Garroth tonight..." I reply quietly.

"Really! Oh, my baby's all grown up! She finally has a date with a boy!" She says excitedly.

"I got to go to my room, Bye!" I say as I run up the stairs into my bedroom.

I rummage through my closet to find the perfect outfit. (Outfit above)

I put the finishing touches on my hair before I grab my purse and walk down the stairs.

Knock Knock

I open the door to see Garroth in a tux.

"H-Hey Y/n You l-look b-beautiful tonight..." Garroth stutters.

"Y-You look nice too..." I reply.

"L-Let's go, shall we?"

"Y-Yea..."

He takes my hand and we intertwine fingers. We start to walk along the sidewalk hand-in-hand. After awhile  of walking in silence, we get to a picnic blanket in the park. I sit down on the blanket and he sits on the other side. There were two plates with a slice of watermelon on each plate.

"Y/n... I-I like you... a lot... Ever since that day when we first met over and picnic and watermelon, I had a crush on you." Garroth began talking "I'll admit, every moment I saw you and Laurence together, It tore me apart. When you left for a year, it tore me apart more. The fact you had cut yourself because of me... everything... had made me realized I can't put this off any longer. W-Will you be m-my g-girlfriend? If you say no I will under-" I cut him off by putting my lips to his. I wrap my arms around his neck as the kiss gets more passionate. I pull away.

"Of course I will you doofus." I say as we embrace each other in a hug.
