Well it was dawn and it was time to get Natalie ready for her dad and me ready for work.
I stretch as I get out of bed to wake Natalie.
Once she's up she puts on a black and white striped dress.
I braid her hair all the way down.
As she's brushing her teeth I get dressed as well.
I put on a teal blouse with a pair of straight blue jeans and flats.
I just threw my hair up into a high ponytail.
"Ready to eat ?" I ask her as she nods her head.
We both head downstairs and I make her some chocolate ego waffles.
While she's eating I go back upstairs to pack her clothes.
I packed her two outfits just to be on the safe side and her pajamas.
Once I was done I get a phone call which was Leo.
"Hello." I speak into the phone.
"Hey I'm outside." He replies.
"Okay." I say hanging up.
I quickly grab her bag and return back downstairs to Natalie.
"Are you finished, your daddys here." Said as she jumps up.
"Yes, where's daddy!" She says anxiously.
"He's at the door come on let's go." I said leading her.
I open the door to reveal Natalie's Dad standing there awkwardly.
"Daddy!" She screamed joyfully while running up and he lifting her into his arms.
"Hey baby girl, Daddy missed you so much." He tells her.
"I missed you more." She says, hugging onto his neck.
"We're going to have so much fun!" I hey says again.
She smiles.
It was my cue to hand him her things & I did so.
"Here are her things, please call me every now and then to check in." I simply tell him sharply.
He only nods.
"Bye butterfly, see you in a few days!" I smile while kissing her cheek as hey step out the door.
"By Mommy!" She waves as they walk to the car.
As I watch them leave I go inside and shut the door.
I missed her already.
I frown as I continue to get ready for work.

"Sure what time?" I say into the phone as I drive home.
Jacob asked if I could hang out with him at his place today and I agreed.
"Whenever you're ready." He spoke into the phone.
"Okay give me some time to relax & change and then I'll be there." I respond.
"Sounds good see you then."
"Alright." I say hanging up and driving the rest of the way home.
Once I get in I settle in and relax for a bit on the sofa and watch some tv.
After that I change into a pair of grey leggings with a white crop top hoodie and my furry slides then quickly eat something.
Once I was done I grab my keys and head over to Jacobs's.

"It's me silly." I say while adjusting my ponytail in front of Jacob's door.
"Oh duh." He laughs as he lets me in.
His house was nothing too fancy but it was extremely neat & organized.
"So what's up." I say plopping on the sofa and grabbing a bowl of chips that were on the table.
"Nothing much just bored you ?" He asks, slouching right next to me.
"Oh you know the usual just work." I replied.
"True True, how about we watch a movie then, I don't know about you but I'm a little too tired to go out." He says while coincidentally yawning.
"Yeah same, in tired also."
I put on a decent movie and grabbed a large cover from out of the closet.
We share it and I rest my head on his shoulder as we began to watch the movie.
It felt just like the old days but something didn't feel right & I knew exactly what it was.
Natalie & Leo.
I sort of shifted my position when I thought about it. He's going to be pissed if he finds out.
Or even more if I don't tell him.
I swallow the small lump forming in my throat.
I had too.
I glanced over at him and he quickly noticed.
"What? Is there something wrong?"
"I let Natalie go over to Leo's house."
