Heyyy! Wazzzup!? I want to give shout-outs to @Freaky_Little_Weirdo and @beautyswan19 Thank you. I'm sorry I couldn't include your OC. I really wanted to get this out though. I might be able to include into another chapter.  ----------------------------------------------Evie's POV
bushes rustle* "Mal did y..you hear t..that?" I asked stuttering."Calm down Evie it's just a little bit of rustling in the bushes. Maybe it's just some squirrels fighting over nuts." Mal said calmly. Nuh-uh. I heard footsteps. "I'm sorry I got us lost M, I'm so scared now." I said shaking. " Don't worry at least we're still together." Mal said putting her arm around me and pulling me closer. " Right. Thanks Mal, but we need to find a way out." I said. " I could stay with you here for the rest of my life, but I don't want you to be scared. I want you to be happy." Mal thought. " Let's try this way." I suggested. " Mal. We've already gone that way." I reminded her. " Yeah. How about...there!" Mal exclaimed. " Alright. I think we haven't been there yet." I sigh. " Mal I'm getting kind of tired do you think we can stop for a bit?" I ask tiredly stumbling. " Sure Princess." Mal said. " M, you know I'm not a princess here." I tell her. " I know, but you are in here, " Mal says pointing at her heart." you'll always be a princess to me. She said smiling in adoration. My cheeks burned up fiercely. Just enough to show everyone. " Thanks Mal, even in situations like this you can always cheer me up. That was pretty cheesy though." I said. " It's no trouble at all Evie." Mal said looking at me in awe.
We stayed and rested here. I snuggled around Mal's body. She smiled and looked at me questioningly. " What!? You're warmer and it's really cold." I said shivering. " Okay E." Mal said closing her eyes and snuggling into my body. It really was cold. I felt the heat from Mal's body though. It helped a little I guess. I played with her beautiful purple locks. We slept peacefully through the night. There was nothing, but silence. The comfortable one though. Why did it all end so fast?
Present Time hours later. Mal's POV.
From the sky, I could tell it was about 7:00 in the morning. I looked around my surroundings. Where am I? More importantly where's Evie and why can't I move? I squirmed around. I'm tied up to a tree. I kept on struggling. I was becoming irritated. "Evie!" I shouted. " Evie! Where are you!?" I cried out. " Silly girl. She can't hear you." A body crept out from the shadows chuckling. It was moving slowly towards me. I leaned back into the tree. " You'll see her again though. I just need to lure her out here." The figure said lifting up my head with their rough fingers. He stayed quiet. Until..." Then. I kill her." He said chuckling again. " Who are you!?" I said moving forward struggling. " Who am I...? Well. I'm Esther. I'm the best at dark magic, ancient spells, and such. I'm the son of Doctor Facilier. Esther said smirking. " Are you sure about that kid? I've known better. Hm. Evie will find me and she'll beat your sorry ass. You don't know her like I do." I said intimidatingly. Esther shook it off. " Sure she will, I mean if she even gets here." Esther said. " Oh she will kid." I said smiling. I hope she really does. I probably shouldn't put this much faith and pressure on her also. What am I going to do. Esther is lucky he caught me off guard. " How did you get here? Esther." I interrogated. " Don't play dumb Mal. You know exactly how." Esther said with a little anger in his tone. I let it drop. " Find kid." I said giving a slight, fake, smile. I heard Esther get up and walk away. " Hey! Where are you going? Am I that boring." I asked pouting. " Yeah you are that boring, but I'll be back. I have to deal with some business." Esther said. I took this chance to remember a spell. Since my phone was out of service I had to find a different way to contact Evie before it was too late.
Evie's POV
I woke up. It was probably, like, psshh, 8:23.? I think. I didn't feel anything up against my chest. My eyes widened and I sat up immediately. Where's Mal? I decided to wait. Maybe Mal was trying to find breakfast. I know how sweet she can be. Stop now's not the time. *A while later* It's been long enough I'm going to look for her. She might be in trouble. I need to find a way to save her..."Mal! Mal please where are you!? I need you! Mal!" I shouted into the vast distance. I tried to hold back tears. I couldn't help being alone, scared, and left with the responsibility to save Mal. Things aren't so small now. I told you I heard the bushes M. Just then." E. E, can you hear me it's me Mal." I heard in my head. I shook a bit with confusion left on my face. " Mal is..is that you?" I asked. " Yes. I used a spell to reach you. I-" Mal got caught off by me. " Where did you go Mal? I'm scared." I said. " I was captured by some kid named..Esther. Look Eve's I need you to get out of the woods and get Jay and Carlos to help you. Your magic mirror is in your bag now." Mal said. ( Mal didn't get a chance to remember spells. So she didn't know how to get out of the woods at the time. Also she is magically tied up to to tree.) " Ok I'll try M. I'm going to save you alright." I said. " Yes Eve's, but please go now. Esther is just waiting for you to get close enough to kill you." Mal said. With that Evie looked to her bag. Magic Mirror, how do I find a way out of these woods. The magic mirror pointed arrows to wear she needed to go. Evie took off out of the woods. I started running to Auradon Prep. I ran and ran. There were still some tears in my eyes, burning down my cheeks. I quickly ran into the school ignoring all the looks I got from others. They were astonished by how awful I looked. I climbed up the stairs to the boy's room. I stopped in front of theirs. I pounded on the door hard. They opened the door yelling. " What the hell, E!?" They both said. They looked at me with concern now. " E, what happened?" It was Carlos asking. I was still gasping for air. " It...it's M..Mal. She c...captured." I tried to say. "Carlos grab your jacket looks like we're going on a trip." Jay said anger filling him. His eyes like knives. The two boys followed behind me back to the spot I was in the woods. " Where's Mal?" Jay asked sarcastically. " Yeah, she doesn't seem to be here." Carlos said. " I'm getting to it so stop." I said angrily at the boys. They both were taken aback. "Magic Mirror, find Mal." I said as a command. The mirror took us through a river, pipes, trees, and lots of dirt. I took us around 3 hours to find Mal. We were hiding in the bushes. There were the guys guarding Mal. We took them by surprise. Jay and Carols went after the two that seemed to be bodyguards or something. I took on the one at the middle.

Evie jumped on the short boy. He didn't go down so she got him into a choking position. He eventually got Evie off and threw her to the ground. " You must be evie." Esther said smirking. " so." Evie said. She pinned him down and punched him hard a few times before choking him again. He fainted, but Mal still wasn't free. Jay and Carlos finished taking out the bad guys. " He fainted." Evie said sadly. " Evie..you need to kill him so I can go." Mal tried to explain. " What!? Why?" Evie screamed. " It's the only way. If he dies all his magic and spells go away." Mal said calmly.
Evie's POV
I can't. He may be a bad guy, but I can't live with somebody's death on my conscience. " M, Mal, I can't. I..I just can't." I said. " It's alright Eve's," Mal sighed." That's why I asked you to bring Jay and Carlos. They will 'get rid of him'." Mal said. And they did. Mal was free again. I ran up to her, bent down and hugged her really tightly while crying. She kissed me on my nose and I kissed her on her cheek. " Mal I'm so glad you're safe and fre-" I was stopped. Mal kissed me again. It was sweet this time. It was filled with love. Mal you're confusing me so much! We pulled away slowly and I hugged her again. We all walked back to the dorms quietly. " Hey, erm, boys, what happened after the club?" I asked innocently once again. " I thought you guys already knew." Carlos said grabbing Jay's hand. " I guess we really 'fucked up'." Jay said chuckling then smirking. " Shit! What the hell you guys. You know that's not safe." Mal whispered angrily cursing. I stood there in shock a little even though I knew. So did Mal, but she was joking. The two boys just laughed it off and went to their dorm. Mal and I walked to our dorm. " Hey E, thanks for saving me. I love you." Mal said. " It was no problem, you're my best-friend and I love you too!" I said. Mal saddened a bit, but smiled slightly. " At least she loves me. Not in the way that I hoped, but I'll get there." Mal thought. " Mal, I'm gonna freshen up alright." I told Mal. She nodded and lied on her bed. I quickly showered thoroughly. Getting all the dirt off. I got out and changed into some Pajamas since it was pretty late. Mal did the same. By the time she got out I was sewing. I knew the sound calmed her so we stayed like this for a while. Mal slept with me this night. We were all genuinely happy.
