" Students, please settle down quickly. Assembly will start in a minute. "

I looked around for my class while my brother settled down with his class.

" You ignored what I said earlier today, didn't you? " a pair of familiar eyes glared at me. Not less than a second, he grabbed my arm with such force, stomping his way towards the back of the hall where we were hidden from everyone else.

" I told you clearly that if you didn't return back into the room, I'll bring you there myself. "

" But this time, you'll be tied up together with a chair so that nobody knows that you are there, including your so called 'smart alec' brother. " he smirked.

" Just let me go and can you not act immature? Go on and disturb other new students, instead of me. I'm not worth your time, you lil' crap." I pushed him away with strong force and kicked him at his stomach, where I know it is one's weakest spot.

" Find a better person than me. " I rolled my eyes and quickly walked into the hall to find my class.

I wanted a new start, a new life, a new year, which was why I wanted to avoid people like him, so that I won't be influenced, spoilt, or scared. But I the first bad thing I did today was to kick someone's stomach.

" I guess this time, it's a tough one. " he got up, hands on his stomach, with an irritated face, feeling so much annoyed, that someone was better than him at that moment.

I made some new friends today and all I could say was that, it was fun!

I met Roanne and Jasie, girls I could finally trust and hang out, with confidence and positivity in my new life. They are both funny, and really polite, that makes my heart warm and calmed, just believing that I made new friends.

" Are you guys free during summer break? I'm all free, so maybe you guys can sleep over mine! My parents will be busy then. After all, summer break is coming in two weeks. " Jasie suggested with such excitement. Just looking at my friends smile, makes me smile along with them.

" Sure! I'm free! " I smiled.

" Yeah!! Me too!! "

" Oh, by the way, do you know Taehyung? Kim Taehyung..?" Jasie and Roanne asked me.

" Who is he or she, exactly..? " I asked with confusion.

" Nevermind.. Since you're new I won't bug you about him, but both of us can tell you a secret about him and well.. What we feel.."

" I'm ready to listen."

" W-We have a crush on him.. And well, not anything much but everyone in this school, kind of liked him before at least once, because of his personality towards everyone. It's indeed attractive!" Roanne explained as her cheeks were flushed red.

" Wow... I wonder who's that prince of yours..! " I laughed.

" Hehe.. "

" Excuse me, Miss Roanne, Jasie, and the new girl over there! I gave you three chances and yet you were still stubborn! 1 hour of detention, three of you!"

Three of us gasped.

The word 'detention' was indeed all over my head.

Everyone carried their bags and left the classroom, leaving me and my two friends. I got up from my seat and sighed.

" Well, at least all three of us won't be in a separated detention room.." Roanne sighed and smiled in sign of relief.

" Yup. " Jasie acknowledged.

"Let's go, detention will start in 5 minutes' time. " we hurried to the office.

We settled in the room and sat on separated seats, but in the same room. It was humid and hot in that room, but we had no choice but to survive in there.

" Man.. First day of school, first time getting detention? Sucks for me. " I pouted by myself, while my friends smiled as a sign of comfort, " This is out first time too. "

Since there were no teachers in the room, I rested my head on the table and tried to relax my mind. Both of my friends were looking somewhere else, while I was looking down.

" Hey, idiot. Didn't expect you here, especially when you're all new to this school. " he placed both of his hands in front of me, on the table.

" Are you serious? I told you to leave. Don't freaking bother me, you donkey." I looked at his face, restless and pushed his hands off the table. It was that same ol' gangster.

" You made new friends, I see. Friends that you can get trouble with, hm? " he chuckled.

" Shut up when you don't even know the full story. " I rolled my eyes and folded my arms. Both of my friends were looking at me and him with widened eyes, covering their mouths.

" Kim Taehyung!! This is detention! Get back to your seat before I'll take you to the principal office! " a teacher caught him and raised her voice.

" Tch, sorry then. " he returned back to him seat. The teacher then walked away.

" THAT'S KIM TAEHYUNG?! " I gasped.

That's right.. Kim Taehyung, my friends' crush.
