*3 days later*
*Dylan's POV*
It's been three days. Three damn days and I can't stop thinking about her.
That girl I met at the strip club, Jamie. The entire night kept playing over and over in my mind. The way she danced, the way she looked, the dove and grenade tattoo right above her hip bone. There wasn't a single person within our group who wasn't completely wasted that night. Not the guys, or me, or Jamie or her friend.
It was just a one night stand. That's all I meant for it to be but now there's something about her that I just can't get off my mind. Maybe it was how her body reacted to me, or the way she dug her nails into my back. One would think that by now I'd be used to it all but for some damn reason, she just happened to be the one night only that I can't stop thinking about. Fuck.
I walk into the studio and feel like turning right back around when I see our tour manager, Kade Vasquez. I can't stand that nosy, snobby, rat faced, controlling ass bitch. She's always talking to people like she's above them or some shit. If she wasn't so good at her job, I'm more than sure we would've fired her years ago.
"Dylan," she mumbles, acknowledging me as I walk through the door but never taking her eyes off of her laptop screen.
"Kade," I mock, rolling my eyes. I walk past her and sit down on a chair. I must be the first one here.
"When are you gonna stop being so damn childish?" she sighs.
"Whenever you decide to hop off my nuts."
"Pinche cabrón," she scoffs, rolling her eyes. I smirk just to piss her off more and she returns her attention to her laptop. It isn't long before the guys start to make their way one by one into the studio. We've been getting ready for a show and a tour that's coming up soon, and recording a bunch of new stuff.
"Anybody heard from Matt?" Kade asks once all of us are here.
"Not since we went out for his birthday party a few days ago," Danny says.
"So he's basically M.I.A, right? Figures," she snorts. I look over at George and he looks just as irritated by her smart ass comments as I do.
"He's not fucking M.I.A, he's just got some personal stuff going on right now so lay off him," George warns her. Kade rolls her damn eyes, again, and starts talking about our upcoming tour.
"You guys have that gig coming up in a few days at the Moxy, and your openers, Our Last Night, are interested in joining you on the European tour five months from now."
"Is there a problem with that?" Jordon asks.
"No and yes. No, because their schedule looks to be free for the tour, but yes because there are also other, bigger bands who are interested in joining you in Europe."
"Who are they?" Jorel asks.
"One of them is Pierce the Veil. The internet's been buzzing since Mike Fuentes said on a live stream that he would be interested in doing a show with you and the whole band agreed. The other band is Crown the Empire. They're a bunch of young guys but their style is similar enough to yours that I personally think they would be a better fit to join you guys."
"And everyone would be able to commit to it?" Danny speaks.
"Arrangements are still being made and nothing is for certain, but this is what's going on. All I know is, I need answers at least by this weekend so we can start promoting and confirming the final venues."
All of us trade glances with each other, and start discussing who would be better to tour with. We go over songs to perform at the upcoming show and finish up a few hours later. Matty never shows up.
