Chapter 7

Varun's POV

Shanaya started getting cranky.
"Umm Alia I think she's tired. I'll take her home and put her to sleep." I say.

"Okay. I'll see you later then?"

"Yeah."

"Bye my cutie pie." She kisses Shanaya. I then leave.

I quickly call Sidharth Bhai.

"Hello, Bhaiya are you at home?" I ask.

"No, I'm at Norah's having lunch with Shraddha." He replies.

"Oh ok. I'm taking Shanaya home she's a little cranky so I'm going to put her to sleep."

"Ok I'll see you at home." The call ends.

I take Shanaya home and feed her some milk. I then gently rub her back to make her burp. I then lie her on my chest and pat her to sleep.

I soon fall asleep with her in my arms.

Sidharth's POV

I take Shraddha to Norah's Cafe for lunch.

"Sidharth can you believe we'll be married this time next week!" Shraddha exclaims.

"I actually can't. Times gone so fast." I say.

"I just hope everything goes smoothly."

"I can't wait till you finally become Mrs Shraddha Sidharth Malhotra." I smirk.

"Neither can I." Suddenly Alia appears.

"Hi Shraddha, Hi Sid." She says.

"Hi Alu." I smile.

"What are you doing here?" Shraddha asks her.

"Deepika Di told me to bring you home."

"What? Why?"

"Because from now you two cannot see or talk to each other until the wedding day now. So say goodbye and come on." Alia states.

"How can I go without seeing Shraddha or talking to her?!" I say.

"Seriously your going to be with her for the rest of your life. It's only a week I'm sure you'll live."

Shraddha gets up. "Bye Sid." She hugs me.

"Bye babes." I kiss her.

"Ewww!" Alia screams. She then leaves with Shraddha.

I go home and find Varun asleep with Shanaya in his arms on the sofa.

While he's asleep I call the hospital to try book a DNA test.

Varun suddenly wakes up.

"Hi Bhaiya." He says in a sleepy tone.

"Varun I just called the hospital to find out when I can take the DNA test, they said in 3 weeks. How are we going to hide Shanaya for 3 weeks? We don't have to worry about mum because she lives in her own apartment but what and Shraddha?." I say tensed.

"One second." Varun makes a call.

"Seriously?..... that's great thank you so much." He ends the call.

"I've sorted it my friend Parineeti will keep Shanaya with her. If we find out that Shanaya is your daughter then we'll have to tell Bhabi but the best time is only after the wedding okay?" He states.
