It was the night of the Halloween party and I was dressed as a slutty vampire. Sky told me as you get older, Halloween is about dressing like a slut not scary. That's the most ridiculous thing someone has ever told me but I went with it.
I met up with the girls inside and we talked for a while, but then I noticed someone I've never seen before. I just stared at him. He was so handsome. "Dee..." Asia said. "Uh yea?" I replied. "Are you staring at Marcus, Aint gon blame ya, he's the hottest" She said and winked at me. I went back at starting at him and he finally noticed. He smiled and started walking towards me. "I've never seen you before, you're the new girl?" He asked. "Uh yep that's me" I laughed. "Well I'm Marcus" he said. "Dee" I replied. We talked for a while and I actually really like him. He's the complete opposite of Jahseh though. He's so bubbly, and open and energetic. "Yoo do you wanna come upstairs? I wanna show you something" he said. I followed him upstairs to his room and he closed the door behind us. "Don't worry I just wanna talk, since I can barley hear you downstairs" he laughed. "Right" I laughed. "So um I've actually seen you around school and you caught my attention" he said. I didn't know what to say so I let him continue. "I think you're really pretty and you're cool so far... maybe you would like hang out more often? You know give me the digits?" He winked. I thought about Jahseh, and how I still have feelings for him, but didn't even get the chance to tell him. But if I spend more time with Marcus I'll forget about him for sure so I did give him my number. We talked for a while and than I decided to leave. When I walked out of the door I saw Jahseh just standing there. Jahseh at a party? Something was going on. "Hi" I said awkwardly, he wanted to say something but as soon as he saw Marcus walk out of the door he shut his mouth. I didn't know what to do so I just walked away. I had to stay away from him, and stop talking to him. Since he betrayed me.
