Once the crew entered the house, they were immediately greeted by Patty. Although he doesn't drink.. or smoke... or do anything like that, he always seems to have a better time than everyone else. He's always told them the key to having fun is surrounding yourself with the ones you love. How wise of him.
Patty was just explaining where everything was when there was another ring on the doorbell.
"I better get that," he sighed,"remember, kids, don't do anything Momma Pat wouldn't do!"
They all laughed as Patty went to answer the door and they all dispersed in the crowd. Dan went off to chat up a cute blond girl in the backyard. Zach decided to go in the kitchen and come up with the most outrageous drink concoction he could think of. That left Maxx and Cody sitting on one of the couches, drinks in hand.
"So," Maxx said as he took a swig,"do you think you could last longer than me on a keg stand?"
This made Cody chuckle. Of course he could.
"I wouldn't bet on that if I was you."
"Oh really? Why so?"
"Because I would totally demolish you."
Maxx raised a brow at the wording which made Cody's whole face turn red.
"Wait- You know what I meant. Stop thinking like that, you lil shit."
"I'm still challenging you, Cody!"
"No way! You're just going to embarrass yourself in front of all these people. I'm the true keg master."
"Bet."
With that small word, Maxx was off into the drunken crowd to find himself two available kegs. They were fairly easy to locate. Cody walked up behind him with a group of about six (6) guys. Maxx looked at them quizzically.
"You do know someone will have to hold your legs. So you don't fall over and get a concussion."
"Oh yea! Totally knew that!"
The six (6) guy positioned themselves behind and on the sides of the boys to hold their legs. With the ruckus they were making, a small crowd began to gather to watch the show. Once Maxx and Cody were up, their hands holding the small handles, someone started a countdown.
"Five! ...Four! ..Three! ...Two!... One!! Go!"
In that instant, both of the small boys started chugging. It wasn't easy since they were in a handstand position, but the competition urged them on.
--
Minutes passed by before one of them tapped out. They waved a hand and the group slowly dropped his legs toward the ground. He sighed and hiccuped before looking at their opponent. The platinum blond was still on the keg and drinking. Cody was amazed as he sat on the floor watching his friend. Following suit, Maxx waved and was let down. He belched and the crowd cheered as Cody gave Maxx a congratulatory hug.
"I can't believe it, Danziger, you actually beat me. Respect my bro."
"Did you really expect to win? I'm a literal brat! There's no way I would let someone beat me!"
Cody chuckled and slung his arm around Maxx's shoulder. The group of guys that held Maxx's legs tapped his arm and rustled his hair in passing. He shook out his hair and glanced around the room.
"Hey, I'm gonna go to the bathroom real quick. Meet you down here in a few," Maxx said as he headed up the stairs.
--
The only bathroom upstairs was attached to Patty's bedroom. He knocked before letting himself into the empty room. Not turning on the lights because he was about to piss on himself.
Once he was done, he turned the bathroom light before heading into more darkness. Maxx was surprised by a callused hand softly grabbing his wrist and pulling him. The person grabbed his waist and pulled him in. Maxx simply thought it was Cody. So, when the person leaned in for a kiss, Maxx kissed back.
Maxx pulled him in closer and deepened the kiss. He ran his hands slowly up his chest and pushed him onto the bed. There was a grunt from when he landed. Maxx smirked and straddled him as his hands ran up and down Maxx's thighs. The grip tightened which made him lean down and kiss the boy again.
Maxx's hips grinded down onto the other's as he began to kiss his neck. The boy under him let out a soft moan. Before Maxx could start unbuckling their belts, the bedroom light flickered on.
"M-Maxx?"
A shocked Cody stood in the doorway, staring at Maxx.
