Obsidian A Grimmson

Part 2 Acceptance Into Beacon Academy.

Life for Obsidian at the Orphanage was rough, the other kids where afraid of him, the only person he would mostly be seen with was Mr M, however there where times when some kids would go near Obsidian, they would watch him draw, some let him play some games with them, however it never lasted long, they where still scared of him, they where scared of his tail, his teeth, everything about him was scary, he gave them the heebie jeebies, then another thing happened, when he was ten Mr M became ill, and all the other kids where adopted leaving Obsidian with an almost dead man, one day Mr M brought Obsidian into his office and said "Obsidian today is my last day, and I am leaving you all my Lien that I have obtained, and I also got you into Signal Academy, it's a school on the island of Patch, I want you to go there and train." at that Obsidian then said "Yes sir, thank you sir." and then it happened Mr M fell into the great sleep, never to wake up again, at that Obsidian then brought his body to the morgue, and attended the funeral, he used some of the Lien to travel across Remnant, seeing all the Grimm that he could find, from Mistral to Vacuo to Vale to Patch to Atlas and to Menagerie, he bought several spot of land on each place he went, and then he decided to go to Signal Academy, where he crafted his Weapon 'The Grimm Beads.' He mad some friends at Signal, he befriended Yang Xiao Long, even having to train her, he met Yang's sister Ruby Rose a few times, and he realized that he was happy, however he still had a secret.

Fast Forward: It was a normal day on the Island of Patch, until Obsidian got a message from Beacon Academy's Headmaster, Ozpin. Obsidian recalls that he sent a form of acceptance to go to Beacon when he finished Signal, so wasting no time he went to his beaded necklace, removed one bead, and said "Nevermore, battle stance 3, flight." And instantly he threw the bead, and it turned into a giant Nevermore Grimm, and then he said to the nevermore "To Vale's Beacon Academy." then he jumped onto the back of the Grimm, and flew off to Vale. 3rd person: I was thinking at the time that I did something wrong, but I had a strangely good feeling about what would happen next. When I arrived in Vale, it was night, so I landed the Nevermore on some store's roof, and said "Nevermore, dormant." and then the nevermore returned back into it's bead form, and then I went to Beacon Tower, it took me a while to get to the tower, I eventually arrived to the tower, went inside, told the receptionist to tell Professor Ozpin that I'm here to see him, she did so, then told me to go to Ozpin's office, taking the elevator was a bit tiring, when i got to Ozpin's office I said "Professor Ozpin it is an honor to meet you" "Thank you Mr Grimmson, and I you." says Ozpin, he then gave me a cup of coffee, then we talked of my education, and my dedication to the study of the Creatures of Grimm, I'll admit I challenged him to fight six times at first, but then Ozpin said "Well Obsidian you are very interesting, you survived in the wild when you were a kid, raised by people and grimm, your semblance is amazing for you can summon, control, speak to, and bind any grimm that you summon, and call it 'Grimm Control,' your 'weapons' being beads that are also living grimm that you summoned and bound them with weapons, and being a crocodile faunus, however you've barely passed signal, and you've challenged me to fight six times already." I then said "make it seven times." then Ozpin said "Welcome to Beacon, Mr Grimmson, Your Initiation starts in eight days from now." I simply said "Yes sir, thank you sir." I then left the tower to go to my 'spare home.' The next morning I walked to Beacon, when I arrived....... I was almost trampled to death, by none other than Yang Xiao Long, it went like this, there I was walking peacefully, when a big crowd of people came running towards me, I managed to dodge almost all of them except for one, and that was of course Yang herself, I forgot that she applied here, anyway Yang tripped and fell onto me, then I said "Yang, its nice to see you again, but CAN YOU GET OFF OF ME, and you know my preferred rule NO DATING YOUR TEACHER!" Yang then said, "Obsidian?" she then got off of me and enveloped me into a bear hug and said "Obsidian it's so nice to see you again." I then said "Yang.... chocking..not..breathing..." she then let me go from her hug, and I said "I see you are tackling and chocking guys still, without a heads up, anyway hows my favorite friend/student?" "I'm good Obsidian, how are you?" says Yang. "I'm okay, after all I did train you didn't I?" and I think you broke some of my ribs... again!" I then reached into my backpack for an ointment that I created that will help with the broken ribs, I opened the container and then grabbed my, thermos filled with sweet watermelon tea, and I then added a small amount of the ointment into the thermos, and then shaked it, until the ointment mixed in with the tea, then drank some, and said "don't worry Yang, the ointment is edible, and heals me instantly, due to it having a high calcium & iron content along with various vitamins, and a variety of flavors. Would you like one?" "Ummm sure Obsidian, what flavor do you have?" she asked "for you Yang I would say Strawberry." opens the backpack, and pulls out a container of red ointment, and said "here you go, remember to use a small amount, it tastes like strawberry's, and smell's like them." Yang then takes it from my hand and says "thanks Obsidian, how do you even make this stuff any way?" I said "i'm going to have to show you someday, well take care oh, and I here Ruby is here too." "yes she is." says Yang, "shoot I'm going to have to make some cookies, see you tomorrow or later Yang." "bye Obsidian, thanks for the ointment." she says. I then continued my walk, when suddenly I see the explosion, and I thought hey... Is that Yang's little sis?" I then continue to walk on, after watching the entire scene, and then I walk towards the auditorium, when I arrived I bumped into someone, when I saw who it was I couldn't believe my eyes, "Your Pyrrha Nikos!" I said, at that the red haired girl turned around and said "Yes, how can I help you?" she said, and then I said "Oh no you don't have to help me, it's just I always wanted to meet you, thank you." and then she said "Oh, your welcome." and then she turned around and followed the blond guy that I saw help Ruby back up. I guess that should be a good stop for now, see you next time.
