I felt some drops on my face. Slowly the drops were huge. "Thapki... Are you fine??" is it Bihaan? Yes that's him!!! I tried to get up, thankfully he held me before I could fall again. Soon I found that it was raining. "Your feet is injured!!" he tied a handkerchief around it scolding me to be careful. Was it a dream?? Did I really had found Bihaan in this dense forest!!! He covered me with his jacket although it was wet but was relieving. "Thapki stay awake we'll find a help soon" I was in his hold and he too was limping badly. But for me, he walked. I had many many questions to ask but I just wanted to glance at him.... His care, his embrace, his heartbeats.... Everything is so pure.

We both were fully drenched soon. The rain really relieved me but Bihaan didn't looked relieved.

There was nothing so far... Just dense forest all around. "We are helpless Bihaan.. We... We lost our way..." I wept but he embraced me hiding me in his chest. "We'll.... We'll reach soon... For help" his voice was painful, cracking and caring. "Every way seems same to me Bihaan." I managed to murmur. He shook me again to stay awaken. "I... I know the way... Don't worry" He was very weak... I sensed with his hissing voice. "How?" I smirked. "Just...!!" He winked. We were in pain but still trying to calm each other. He limped more this time but didn't let me fall. I wasn't able to even utter anything just my glance were on dedicated Bihaan. "I'm sorry..." I was guilty about not trusting him. "I should have trusted you" I cuddled and he smiled looking at me.

"Thapki... Get up we reached almost" I opened my eyes again when felt a shake in his hold. The sky was turning dark now... The wind shivered me and him too... I can feel being in his hold still. Rain left some huge clouds and thunderstorms inviting rain again.

"Chuk chuk gadi... We are about to reach" He smiled hissing painfully. I don't know he was lying or not!! "Stay awake" His shivering lips were motivating me. I managed to open my eyes.

"Thapki..." He moaned and I opened my eyes again. The road, streetlights,... Yea we have entered in the city.

Bihaan knocked at someone's door. It was late night, the darker sky told me. "Who's there? What had happened at this time?" a voice I was familiar to opened the door. "Thapki!!!" I looked at her surprised voice. Doctor aunty!! I felt to be lied on a soft surface and then closed my eyes.

"Thapki get up. What happened??" Aunty fetched a glass of water offering me. I gulped it as faster I could. I slipped the jacket I was covered with and was shocked to find...... BLOOD!! "Bihaan.... Where is he???" I cried and found him laying lifelessly on the floor... Blood covered his body.

I rushed to him forgetting all my pain. He was... He was Shot!!! "Bihaan..." I cried shaking him. His body was cold as ice. His face was pale and lips turned white. My heartbeats fastened at his condition.  I rubbed his palms. No response. His fingers were cold and white. "Bihaan..." I cried hugging his almost lifeless body. No response. "Get up Bihaan you can't loose" I cried rubbing his chest. He was Shot in his arm, bleeding furiously. "We need to operate him" Aunty said. I was hopeful at her words. He was shifted on bed and his shot arm was tied not to bleed.

"But we can't do it here... We need to rush to hospital as soon as possible." she analysed. "We don't have time about it... Please help him.. Please" I cried and she hugged consoling me.

The operation began and I was stubborn to be with him. Although I was unable to see Aunty to make a cut in his arm and pulling out the bullet surrounded with some flesh and lots of blood. I was weeping when Aunty asked me to be strong. "He needs blood as he has lost much..." she said. His feet were injured badly. She was doing my dressing after him, when her phone rang. "It's an emergency from hospital" she said to me. I nodded and she left to attend the call.

"I need to rush hospital. But listen don't open the door unless it's me." She ordered pulling out the keys of car. I nodded agreeably. "I'll send blood from hospital. A nurse will come... After feeling fine, open the door okay!!" she warned as if she knew about how much scared was I. "And yes be strong... He really suffered a lot. And to keep you safe he didn't cared about himself. So be strong like him" She left blessing me. I locked the door.

I thought to call Maa. She must be worried about me. But suddenly disconnected after thinking about those animals. What if they'll harm my family!!! No I can't take risk.

My sight fell on him. Peacefully lying Bihaan. My legs were hurt but not more than his. I caressed his head when I realised him in fever... A high one. No one was there to help me.

Someone knocked the door. I was terrified at the sudden wild knocks. Anyhow I managed to ask who's there? And it was a reply of an old voice "Me". Must be the nurse, Aunty was talking about!!

Collecting all my guts I opened the door and was really an old nurse. I fetched her in hurriedly shutting the door. She set the blood bottle connecting it to the drip on his hand. "He's having fever" she declared checking his forehead. "Take a bowl of water and keep drench cloth on his head". She adviced "He'll be relieved" she added leaving the house.

I did as she said. "I don't know what had happened with you... And how are we here." He wasn't listening me, just sleeping peacefully. Rain was pouring heavily outside the house and I was talking to sleeping Bihaan. I don't know what next... I don't know where the life will take us. I was just with Bihaan... My love. And I can't say when I slept behind him under a blanket. Someone's wild knocks woke me up at the very moment. I was scared.
