The New Hero in Town(Max Thunderman x OC)

Part 12

It  was a little difficult to explain to Chloe, but eventually she just said whatever and teleported somewhere. I swear. Anyway, Max has been really good for the past couple of days. He's by my side almost all the time. He has been doing almost everything with me. I love it, but sometime he can be a little clingy. I don't mind though.

"Evelyn," I heard Max call.

"Yeah?" i questioned.

"I know you don't want it to happen, but we have to have a talk," he said. I sighed knowing exactly what he meant.

Max and I went to the park to take a walk. 

Max sighed," I don't like to think about this, but I know you'll go through some hormonal mood changes and i don't want you to slip back into depression. You're still kinda venerable to it and i want you to talk to me if that happens. Okay?"

"Okay," I tell him with a small smile.

"Also, we are keeping the baby, right?" he asked

"yes, i have thought about it for sometime and i want to keep the baby," i said. He nodded with a gigantic smile.

"I'M GOING TO BE A FATHER," he yelled a little too loudly while spinning me with a kiss. I heard clapping and saw people at the park with big grins watching us. We both blushed and held hands. We walked back home and ate dinner.

We all sat in silence for a while before Nora started firing off questions.

"Do you think it will be a girl or boy? What will you name it? Will you have a baby shower?" I just sat there for a moment.

"Well, i don't know or care if the baby will be a boy or girl, i'm happy with both. Max and I haven't decided names yet. Hopefully i will have a baby shower. I called my boss and i decided to quite, i'll be able to find a new job after i get settled in with the baby. Max said he's getting a job to help pay for baby expenses, but a baby shower would help us get set up," I said while holding Max's hand.

We ate dinner like normal after that. Max and I went to my room.

"Have you ever thought about moving into my room. It has a lot more space and I can make it baby proof. I could even ask my dad to add more room so we can have a separate room for a nursery," he said. I smiled.

"That sounds like a perfect idea," I said. I fell asleep to the warmth of Max.

One week later

I haven't been able to go to school and just decided to do online classes for the rest of high school. I'm starting to get a small but noticeable baby bump. Max just got home from school not to long ago but decided to work with his dad to work on his room. They're going to make it bigger and make a new room down there. They're also going to move some stuff out, make it a little more child friendly and even make make his own separate room for his projects. We'll have our own room down there as well and his old room will be a living room space. We will live down there until i get out of college and get a good enough job to get a house. Everyone has been so supportive and nice.

I love my new family.
