Silence

With only silence for me now,

The waves will push me down.

My mind knows how,

And my brain is filling with waves for me to drown.

Whispers of my past here to kill,

My thoughts are drowning.

With sound, only silence will spill,

Soon, one will kill the King.

With broken masks,

And quiet eyes.

Only endless tasks,

And his demise.

In silence I shall wonder,

Sleep has evaded me.

Leaving my mind to ponder,

With another sip of tea.

Unsure of now,

New feelings to hide.

With my mind making me think I look like a cow,

I lost track of all the times I lied.

To ones I loved,
And Lies I Told,
And tears that I cried.
Never to be told.
