Chapter 16

Weeks later...

"NANCY GONZALEZ YOU HAVE 5 MINUTES TO GET EVERYTHING READY AND IN THE CAR RIGHT NOW" shouts gonzalo from outside honking the horn.

I rush with my suitcase on the front porch and into my brother's ford truck.

Like matthew had planned, we are heading to san francisco for a week vacation, I throw the suitcase in where all the suitcases are at and enter the backseat, sitting beside Alessandro.

You wanna know why alessandro is here?

Well, he became great friends with gonzalo and matthew. The three of them would watch soccer and american football together and have guys night out.

So Gonzalo and Matthew had the great idea of inviting him with us.

So yeah, one week, with alessandro, luckily i have my brother with me. Alessandro bought a penthouse in San francisco so he said we would all be staying there.

My brother told him we could have stayed in a hotel or something but alessandro was stubborn, he said he was rich, to not worry about the money. So my brother gave up.

"It was about time Nancy" says Matthew as my brother begins to drive.

"Leave her alone Matthew, Nance was just taking her time on what makeup products to bring" chuckles my brother.

The guys end up laughing but i cut them off "at least i didn't waste 3 hours last night thinking which out of a million shirts would attract the females" i smirk.

My brothers cheeks flush pink and Matthew and Alessandro burst out laughing.

"Bro give me the tickets" i say excitedly. He hands me the tickets and i take a picture of my ticket, the guys sigh and i see what is the seating arrangements. My blood runs cold.

Gonzalo: seat 24

Matthew: seat 25

Nancy:seat 26

Alessandro: seat 27

Either i will sit with Matthew or Alessandro, without causing suspicion i had the tickets back to my brother and we head to the boarding gate.

I hand over my ticket and she strips a part of it off ad hands me the receipt as i enter the plane. I look at the seating number and to my horrible bad luck.

I'll be sitting right beside Alessandro

I sit down while my brother and matthew sit in their seats and alessandro smirks as he see me beside his seat.

Great... just great

I sigh and pull out my phone and put in on airplane mode. I pull out my headphones from the sling bag i brought along and turn on my mp3 player and listen to music as i close my eyes.

I feel the airplane rising and i try to concentrate on my music instead of the plane. I feal fear rinse up me as i grip the handle. I felt like crying when i feel a hand grab hold of mine. I open my eyes and look at Alessandro and he tells me it will be ok.

I focus on his ocean blue eyes and i feel the fear disappearing. The plane stops ascending and i relax, we don't release our hands and i fall asleep with the soothing music and Alessandro's slightly cold hand.

"Nancy"

"5 minutes" i groan.

"NANCY GONZALEZ WAKE UP YOU ARE NOT IN YOUR BED" i heard my brother in the background shout.

I open my eyes and see that we had landed, gonzalo and matthew were standing up as Alessandro was seated beside me. I stand up picking up my sling bag and i head down the plane with the guys behind me.

We get our luggage and my brother gets a taxi. Alessandro tells the taxi driver to take us to a renting car place and he nods, we get inside the taxi and i am squished between Matthew and Alessandro.

I bet girls would be very happy if they were in my position.

Well it's very uncomfortable.

The taxi drives for about 5 minutes and parks in front a car rental place. Gonzalo pays the taxi driver and we get off.

We look around and a car dealer smiles brightly, she looked about our age, she has blonde hair with brown eyes.

"Hello what can i do for you?" he eyes shining and i was about to speak when matthew suddenly speaks.

"Hi, we're here to rent a car" he says kissing the palm of her hand. Alessandro and Gonzalo smirk as her cheeks go bright pink.

"I'll take it from here little sister" A male comes up to us. He has dirty blonde hair and the girls same bright brown eyes, his eyes land on me and smiles.

"What car would you like to rent" he says directly at me. I feel my cheeks burn up and i hear a scowl coming out from Alessandro.

Hmm interesting...

"We would want two, a ford 4 by 4 and a lamborghini" Alessandro chirps in standing next to me grabbing hold of my hand.

The dialer nods coldly and signalizes us to follow. A we walk i glare at alessandro" what was that for" i hiss. He smirks.

"Sorry nance, i gotta keep an eye on you" he winks.

I groan "i'm single, and if i want to talk to him you shouldn't be holding my hand"

"Oh so you want him to flirt with you" he hisses his eyes getting darker.

I have nothing to say and i walk past him and i walk beside the dealer. "So what's you name" i say smiling brightly.
