Favorite weather?
No wind, because I have long hair. Really anything with no wind unless it's really hot. Problem is I live in a very windy place so that only happens once in a great while.

Hoodies or jacket?
Hoodies. I have this one that is black and really comfortable, but it's stained and is missing the zipper. :( I still wear it everywhere though.
Umbrella or jackets and hoodies in the rain?
Neither! I love rain! Unless I'm doing something outside and it starts raining and I have to stop. If I'm doing marching band though I'm quite happy to have it rain. We had a show cancelled once because it started raining right after we performed. We were the very first band to play. But get this, our show was about rain. In the video of it you can see the sky getting darker and darker as we play. It was awesome!
