Chapter Six
†Cadet Blue
†Mira's POV†
I shifted a little bit as Bryce slept beside me. I wanted to wale him up, but
he doesn't have to know that. His eyes fluttered and he stretched. I tried to
look guilty for waking him up, but it was really just relief. He smiled at me
and we sat in silence for a little while,
What's your favorite color?" I smiled and said,
"Red orange, and if you want a specific, Mango Tango." Bryce laughed and
said,
"Well mine is dark blue and if you want a specific... I don't know... dark
blue." I laughed and said,
"You're so funny! Okay so what's your favorite ice cream?"
"Um, birthday cake. And yours is?"
"Rocky Road all the way!! It is my absolute favorite! So what's your favorite

"Um, Muse, I think.. yeah, sure.. Muse. What's yours?"
"Oh, so not hard its..." He interrupted me,

concert! Yes!!" He smiled at me for a little while. I liked seeing Bryce happy.

played with the boys. Until one year two new girls came, Darci and Maya.
They became my best friends.
"You really like music, don't you?" I shyly smiled and said,
"Yeah, its really important to me... I've made some.. stupid decisions in my
life. And it helps me forget all the pain that I have from the previous school
that I went to... It helps me try to think of happy things and helps me feel
calmer." I smiled sadly and then I heard Cale yell ,
"Yeah, buddy! That's it! We're home people!" Bryce flew out of the car and
said a quick goodbye, he was excited to see Sienna. I trudged out of the
car and thought about the stupid things I've done. Two years ago three
guys asked me out on the same day, one of the was my crush sense
forever. I didn't know any of it was a dare. I had been blinded by those
