Lin had gathered everything he needed to bring home, which included things like his laptop, notebook, headphones, and some fanmail.
"Hey Lin, do you need any help getting Ava's stuff?" Chris asked. The girl in question was in the greenroom eating dinner Lin had from his two-shot day food stash.
"No, why do you ask?"
"I have a date, but if you needed help I would cancel."
"No man its fine, but can I ask who are you going on a date with at almost midnight?"
"I'm not telling you her name until we're sure this is something we want to continue with. You have met her before though."
"Oooooo, do you need me to watch Sarah for the night?"
"Naw, she's with her mom this weekend, although if you need anything or get into any trouble call me."
"Of course."
The two head to the greenroom to get Ava and them exit the theatre. Chris heads down the street to meet his date and Lin hailed a cab for him and Ava.

The cab pulls up in front of a fairly decent apartment.
"Are you sure you don't want me to go in with you?"
"Yes, they won't notice if it's just Abe and me. Just stay here and I'll be back in like ten minutes."
Lin sighs, this was the fifth time they'd had this conversation and Lin has officially given up on winning this fight. "Alright, but if you're not back down in fifteen minutes I am coming up there."
