It was my doctor but since I spent time with my father I didn't decided to pick it up.
"Hey Kayla, its Michelle. I have some bad news about Haileys back. We have a patient coming in with an 87 degree curve that needs surgery immediately. We are thinking of moving Haileys fusion till this time next year when she is 8. Sorry if this is any inconvenience but please call back thanks and bye."
I was furious when she hung up so my mother called her back.
"Hello Michelle it's Kayla Rose. Yeah um Hailey is going to move her surgery. We decided that she should wait till she is older. Thanks Michelle."
I cried that night knowing that I could've being that girl and how lucky she was. My mom told me not to worry.
I was then put in a brace to at least stop the majority of the curve going anywhere.
But within 10 minutes of me taking it off it went back to 80.
