Laney's P.O.V

"And you dorks aren't invited." Trina said pulling Kon to her car and driving off.

"Uh what just happened?" I asked

"I don't really know." Corey said

"Should we worry?" Kin asked

"I don't really know." I said looking at my feet

"Stop looking cute!" Corey said to me

"You too." I said looking up at him

"Should we get drunk tonight?" Kin asked. Wait what?

"Ehh why not." Core said. I didn't want to be chicken.

"I don-" I tried to finish but he shushed me.

"Shh... lanes my mom and dad won't be here. I'll keep you save." He said smiling at me.

"Fine." I said with both of them smiling.

"Too bad Kon isn't here." Kin complained

"Don't worry bout him. Maybe it was his choice. He most likely purposed." I said with a sad smile. It was weird without him.

"Thanks Laney." Kin said hugging me

"Don't worry Kin once we get drunk you'll feel better." Core said whispering the word drunk

"Okay, thanks Corey and Laney." He said hugging both of us

"What time is your mom leaving?" I asked

"Hm I think eight." He said

"How will we get the drinks?" Kin asked

"Hm... oh yeah I'll call Nick." Corey said getting his phone.

"Hey Nick we need some beer." Corey said into his phone.

"Mhm, okay I got the cash. Yeah it starts at nine. See you at the party." Corey smiled and hung up

"Cash, party?!?!" I said freaking out

"Yup. And half of Grojband is performing." He said

"We have to have a drummer." I stated

"Uh... right. I'll call Konnie." He said

"She's gonna say no." Kin stated

"Nope me and her are sort of friends." Corey said calling Konnie.

"Hey Konnie, I'll pay you twenty bucks if you play the drums at my house tonight." Core said.

"Okay come over at seven or eight to practice, bye." He hung up

"Where are you getting all this money?" I asked

"Well my parents are leaving for a week for some wedding. So they are giving me about hundred for the week." He said smiling

"How are we gonna get food for the party in time?" I asked

"Nick is bringing food, drinks, and some music." He said

"Who's gonna be the dj?" I asked

"So many questions Lanes." Corey said

"I'll be the dj." Kin said smiling. Corey scrached is go tee thing on his chin. Then smiled. Oh God.

"Should I start making lyrics?" I asked

"If you can." Core said smiling. I sat down on the stage and started brain storming. I wrote some things on my note pad. I wrote down some lyrics down. I called the song hero. (Hero-skillet~cat) I smiled as all these lyrics fell on the note pad to my head. I smiled and kept writing. This was gonna be our best song. I sang to my self. I need a hero to save me now! Core came over to me. I finished and gave him that note pad. He smiled.
