Chapter 11

Laney's P.O.V

I woke up and found Corey's arms wrapped around me. I smiled. I carefully slipped out of his arms and went to the bathroom. I put some of my eyeliner on. I then felt myself running to the toilet like yesterday. I did my business and got back up. I brushed my teeth and washed my mouth. "You okay?" I jumped when I heard Corey

"Yeah I think so." I said finishing my makeup.

"You sure I heard you puking?" He asked

"I'm fine." I said coming over to him

"Promise?" He said

"I groj promise." I said hugging him. We hugged for what felt like forever. I let go. I then remember my brother. Shit. I ran over to my phone and dialed his number. He picked it up.

"Hey Zayn." I said

"Holy shit you freaked me out. Where are you?" He asked

"At Corey's." I said

"Okay you too have fun. Check in." He said

"Of course dad." I said in sarcasm.

"Bye baby sis." He said and hung up. I checked my phone for any messages. I had a text Kon. It was a couple photos.

It was a photo. It was of him and Trina. They looked happy. I still don't get it. She made fun of him, she treated our band like a piece of shit, and did so much bad stuff to us. How does he love her? I felt my stomach rumble. I felt like I was about to feed two people. Weird. Wait a second. Am I pre-pregnant? No I can't be. I'm still a virgin right? I'm gonna prove that I'm not pregnant. I'll just say I need to go to the store and get food and I'll get the thingy. Yeah I'll do it now.

"Hey Core!" I screamed. He ran in.

"Yes?" He asked looking me straight in the eyes. Oh jesus.

"I need to go to the store, do you need anything?" I asked

"Nope, mhm maybe some pain killer for my teeth." He said

"Sure." I said. I put my groj tshirt on, put my red skinny jeans on, and put my converse on. I grabbed the car keys and went to the car. I drove off to the store. I just went to the family dollar store thing. I parked my car and went in. I went to the aisle and got the stuff. I got some gummy worms because it sounded good. I got two cokes and pain killers for Core. I went to the check out aisle and paid for my stuff. I ran back out to the car. I started it up and drove back to the house. What if I am pregnant. I'm still in high school. My life will be ruined. All I can say if I am at least it's my last year in high school. No there is nothing good. Uh. Please God don't let me pregnant. I finally got to Core's house. I walked in the house and put the stuff down. I grabbed the thingy and went to the bathroom. I prayed that I was just sick. I did the thing. I waited a couple of minutes praying. I looked at it. It was positive. I broke down crying. I cried forever. I heard a knock. Shit.

"Are you okay in there?" Corey asked

"Uh yeah we need to talk." I said

"Okay." He said. I washed my eyeliner that was all over my face and put new eyeliner on. I threw the thing in the trash and walked out. I smiled. He smiled and went in the bathroom. OMIGOSH! He got the trash and picked up the pregnant tracker.

Corey's P.O.V

I heard Laney crying in the bathroom. I decited to knock on the door. "Are you okay in there?" I asked. The crying stopped.

"Uh yeah we need to talk." She said. Oh shit did I do something wrong. Damn it Corey you always mess things up.

"Okay." Is all I could say. Here I'll just take the trash out to prevent what she gonna say. Perfect! She opened the door and smiled. I smiled back. I went in the bathroom and got the trash. I then saw a stick thing. I picked it up.

"What this?" I asked. All the blood in my body turned cold when I read it. Laney's PREGNANT. Fuck. Her brother is gonna kill me. And her parents. And my parents. I turned to Laney. She was pale. It must have been that night when we were drunk. Oh God. What are we gonna do.

"Is this what you wanted to talk about?" I asked holding the stick up. She nodded slowly. I dropped the trash and hugged her. I felt her crying my chest. I screwed her life up. I screwed both of our lifes up. I felt myself crying a little. I needed to be the best dad ever dad. First thing get Kin to take my braces off. Second be the best boyfriend. Third thing tell my parents, her parents and her brother straight forward with no regrets. I needed too do this right. I let go of Lanes and kissed her forehead and wiped her tears.

"I'm gonna call Kin." I left her and got my phone. I dialed his number and he picked up the phone.

"Hey Kin I need you to come over here now." I said and hung up. I needed to tell her brother. I heard a knock on the front door. I ran and got it. It was Kin smiling.

"Hey what's up?" Kin asked coming in my house. I shut my door.

"Laney is pregnant." I said

"What du-" I didn't let him finish

"Can you take my braces off?" I asked

"Yup I sure can." He smiled going to the groj. I swear Kin can do anything. He pointed to a recliner. I sat down and he picked up his tools. He started. It kinda hurt because they weren't really dentist tools. It took him about thirty minutes. He finally finished and I put my chair back to normal. I got up from my chair and found Laney on my bed. Crying.

"Please stop crying." I said. She jumped a little but stopped crying. Her eyeliner was plastered on her face. I grinned. She smiled.

"No more braces?" She asked

"No more braces." I smiled hugging her. I wiped the eyeliner off her face.

"What am I gonna do. My parents are gonna kill me." She said putting her head on my shoulder.

"Well me and you are gonna tell them straight forward, with no regrets." I said. Of course I was scared, but I have to do it somehow.

"But I'm scared Core." She said

"Me too." I said. We just stared at the wall for a bit.

"But we have to do it." We both said in unison. We laughed. I got up and put my hand out. She grabbed it.

"We gonna tell my brother right now?" She asked

"Y-y-yeah." I stuttered

"Don't freak I'll stop him from beating you up." She said

"Promise?" I asked

"I groj promise." She said

"You said that last time and this happened." I pointed out

"Well I groj groj promise." She said. I laughed.

"Okay, Kin come here!" I yelled

"Yes?" He asked

"You wanna come with us to tell her brother?" I asked

"Course dude let's go!" He said running out the door. We got in the car. Kin was in the back and me and Laney were up front. I was driving. I was shaking a little.

"Calm down bro." Kin said

"Okay." I said. We got to Laney's house and got out of the car. Kin stayed in the car. I was shaking a little. She grabbed my hand. I smiled. We walked in. This is it.

"Um Zayn we need to talk." Laney said. He paused his show and we went in front of the TV. He smiled. The smile was gonna fad after I told him.

"I got Laney pregnant." I said
