Chapter Ten:

"You're awake!" Sideswipe shouted as he laid a servo on my stomach and sat on the medical berth next to me. "You shouldn't be up yet."

I laid back and laughed at him. "Would you like me to wake up another time?"

He quickly shook his helm and looked at me carefully. "No, I meant you're still recovering from surgery." He explained as he held me down by moving his servo to my chest to pin me down.

"Sideswipe, let me up. I need to speak with Optimus and Will and the others urgently." I demanded using a commanding tone.

He shook his helm again looked at me seriously. "I don't want you hurting yourself even more than your already hurt."

I sighed, pushed myself up again, and wrapped my arms around him. I placed my helm against his chest. "I'm fine. We got a new enemy out there, and I know who it is. We need to warn the others," I said before pausing. "I know you are concerned, you have no idea how much I love that, but let me do what I need to do. Please?"

He nodded and helped me up. "You know, you really had us scared for a few minutes there." He said concernedly.

"Sides, you know as much as I do that there is no way I'm going out like that. Anyways, my little collapse was actually caused by my carrier bringing me this." I said holding the USB that was around my neck.

"Which is why you need to speak with the others." Sideswipe concluded and I nodded in agreement.

We made our way down the hall and into the hangar. Oppi, Ratchet, Bumbles, and the others were already there.

"I still think we should take Shadowlight's warning as a threat." I heard Mearing growl out.

I sighed and pulled Sides next to me as I leaned against the wall and crossed my arms.

"A threat from who?" Ratchet defends me.

"Who else? The Decepticons." Mearing shot back.

I let out a low growl and Will caught sight of me. I raised my hand and shushed him.

"I say we take this new 'Con out as fast as we can." Mearing continued.

I looked at Sides. Then at the others and spoke. "You could do that. If you want to get everyone killed." I said as I walked up to my dad. "However, I believe I know how to solve your problem."

"Shadowlight?! You shouldn't be up yet!" Ratchet said hurriedly as he tried to get me into the hall way.

"Ratchet. Enough." I said in my commanding voice as I pushed by him. "I do not care about my own well being as of right now. If I don't stop this from happening then we are all screwed." I continued gaining everyone's attention.

"Shadow? Where did you get that?" Oppi asked me as he gestured to the USB around my neck.

"Recognize it? Mom gave it to me." I said quietly and in a gentle tone.

"How did you acquire it?" He asked cautiously.

I looked away for a moment and closed my eyes, taking a deep breath. "We will have a more in depth conversation later, Oppi, but for now I'll just say she visited me." I suggested comfortingly.

"Your carrier died to save that data. What is it?" Oppi asked.

"I am aware of the fate that this info sealed." I said grimly. "To answer your question. Try asking who not what." I growled at the mention of him.

"Who is it then? Do you know who the data is about?" Optimus asks, taking note of my rising anger.

"Yes. I know from a personal encounter with this bastard. His name is Warhawk. He's known for betraying both sides in this war. He doesn't care who wins, he just likes to cause pain." I growled through gritted teeth.

Everyone looked at me in surprise because of my hostility. However, Oppi's and Side's gaze were filled with concern.

I brushed off their looks and took the USB off my neck and handed it to Will. "Here. Play it." I mumbled.

Will shook his head in disbelief and plug it into the database. "It needs a password." Will informed me.

I shook my head and asked; "How many letters is in the password?"

"Eleven."

"I think the password is Dawnbreaker." I guessed.

He entered it but then shook his head. "Nope."

"Then the only other thing I can think of is Shadowlight." I paused then looked at dad. "Unless you have any ideas?" I asked him.

"Bingo! Your a genius Skylar." Will said then stopped abruptly. "Sorry." He mumbled.

"It doesn't matter, Will. Both are my names. Anyways, a name is a name." I replied with a playful smirk.

"Alright then, Bi-"

"That's pushing it, Ethan." I said in a scolding tone.

"Aw...." He laughed in a sad manner.

"You just love pushing my buttons, don't ya kid?" He laughed nervously and backed up into Bee.

I laughed at this and glanced at Riley, who was sitting in Mirage's hand contently.

"Hey Mirage, I thought you didn't like humans?" I mocked and teased him.

He groaned and shot a look at me, telling me to shut up.

Then a video came up in Warhawk's view. Will played it. It's just what I feared...
