2//A Night to Remember

Caleb's POV
"Okay, bye Babe. I love you." I said while walking toward the door with my burgundy shirt and blue jeans on that Hanna had picked out. I placed a soft kiss on her lips.

"I love you." Hanna said while opening the door for me.

"Bye." I said while exiting our very small apartment. I quickly got into my car and drove off. Not to work. To a hotel.

Hanna always talked about this hotel. She absolutely loved it. We vacationed there once with all the girls, Ezra, and Toby. Its a little outside of New York City. Hanna and I promised each other no big gestures this year. We were just gonna watch Netflix all night. It was about to be a pretty lowkey night. But I was going to make sure tonight was special. I was gonna propose to Hanna Marin.

Once I arrived at the hotel, I quickly found a parking spot. After I parked, I got out and walked inside of the hotel. The lobby was set up extremely nice. The smell, furniture, everything. I was amazed by the sight of everything. I don't remember it ever being this nice. I then walked over the reservation desk and made Hanna and I a room reservation for a sweet. I then left the hotel.

When I got back to NYC, I dialed Toby's number.

*Phone Call*

"Toby!" I yelled from the other end of the phone.

"Hey Caleb. What's up?" He responded.

"Is Hanna with Spencer right now. I kinda have to get back in the house."

"Yeah, they went out to Starbucks just a few minutes ago. But why do you need to sneak into your own house. Aren't you at work?" Toby asked laughing a little.

"Well I need to pack Hanna and I an over night bag."

"For what? Are you guys going camping again" Toby asked in a dirty tone. I chuckled a bit.

"Well, I made reservations for us at a hotel for tonight. You know the one we went to about 2, 3 years ago."

"Oh yeah! She'll love that!" Toby said excitedly.

"Yeah! And I'm gonna propose."

All of a sudden, there was a loud, obnoxious "AWW MAN!" from the other side of the phone. My car even swerved when this happened.

"Caleb! I'm so excited for you man. I can't believe it!" Toby said calming down just a bit.

"Thanks, man. Well I gotta go. Bye"

"Goodbye and good luck!" Toby said before he hung up.

As soon as Toby hung up, I pulled up at the apartment. I checked to make sure Hanna car wasn't here. To my luck, she was gone. I then turned the car off and got out the car in a rush. I unlocked the door so that I was now in the house.

I put my keys in the pot on the counter and continued to our room. For some reason our door was shut. That's odd. I pushed it opened and seen that Friends was on. Hanna's favorite. I took the the DVD out and put it back in its case, before I put it in the bag. I then went to our walk in closest. I was not at all good at picking out clothes, but I had some practice at it. I grabbed some PINK underwear that I knew Hanna loved. I even got a matching bra to go with it. I grabbed her some blue jeans and an off the shoulder all white top. I then chucked it into an overnight bag. I quickly walked to my side of the closet and just grabbed random clothes and a pair of sneakers. I put it in the same bag as Hanna's things. I packed everything we needed for an overnight trip, including Hanna's hair products.

   After I packed everything, I left the house. I made sure I locked the door behind me and drove straight back to the hotel.

On the way to the hotel, I decided to dial Hanna. She immediately answered.

"Hey babe!" Hanna said before I could even get any words out of my mouth.

"Hey Princess!" I said laughing at how fast she answered. "Whatcha doing?"

"I'm with Spencer right now. We're out shopping." Hanna responded.

"That's nice. I just wanted to check up on you. I can't wait till I get to see your face tonight." I said blushing a bit.

"Aww! And same." I laughed a bit. "But I can't wait either!" She finished.

"Well let me get back to work. I love you."

"Love you too." She said before hanging up.

After I hung up, I stopped by the store and grabbed all the extra things I needed for tonight. I continued to drive until I reached the hotel. I parked up front since I had a VIP guest card. I grabbed all the bags and headed inside. When I walked in the hotel, there was a wedding going on. My heart melted. One day, that will hopefully be Hanna and I walked down that isle. I then continued to the elevator. There were 25 floors in this hotel. Hanna and I were on 11. It took me a while to get up there, but I finally made it.

  I walked into my room and it was perfect! Everything I wanted was there. When you first walked in, there was a couch and a flat screen TV. I guessed you could call this the living room. Beside the living was the dining room. There was a table and a small little kitchen. When you walked pass the dining room, behind the the living room, there were 2 doors connected to each other. Behind those door revealed a beautiful bedroom with a large bathroom inside of it. I couldn't wait to bring Hanna. Tonight was going to be so amazing.

The first thing I did was begin to cook pasta, which I bought from the store on the way here. I then made 'homemade' s'mores. After I was finished I checked the time. It was 3:37.

That meant Hanna was at work. I went to the door of our hotel room, where all my bags were awaiting for me. I grabbed the bag with our clothes and went inside the bedroom. I put our undergarments in the drawers and hung our clothes up. I laid out Hanna's 'carry on' things in our bathroom and did the same for me. I went back to the living room and grabbed a bag that had rose petals in them. I sprinkled them on the bed, creating a heart. I was so excited.

I checked the time once again. It was 4:52. Hanna didn't get off until 7. I exited the hotel room and got on the elevator. I was on the way back home.

The ride was about an hour long. When I arrived back home, it was 6:09. I quickly got into the shower, knowing Hanna will be here pretty soon. I got out the shower about 10 minutes later. I had to put on the same clothes, so Hanna wouldn't suspect anything.

I ran quickly down the stairs and into the kitchen. I made a bag of popcorn and grabbed one bottle of water. I didn't wanna drink beer on a night like this. As soon as I did this I went off the couch, awaiting for Hanna. This night was gonna be the best night ever.
