10. Good Cop, Bad Cop

Zamy's POV

I was sleeping peacefully until my stupid alarm clock woke me up, it didn't stop beeping even when I try to shut it off. "GRR BEEP BEEP BEEP, BEEP ON THIS STUPID CLOCK!!!" I shouted and smash my clock with my hammer. I stuck my tounge at it, and looked up to the window. It looks a little dark outside but at the same time it looks like the sun is gonna come up, I yawn and stretched my arms.

I ran to the bathroom and locked the door, I took a quick shower and then when I was done I wrapped a towel around me and then brushed my teeth. I heard a loud thud on the door and then heard the handle shaking, "huh?" I looked at the door confused as I heard knocking. "Ow! Are you using the bathroom Pinkie?" I heard Zonic voice but it sounded soft as if he was still sleepy, "yeah" I respond.

"Oh okay, Hurry up!!!" He yawn and I rolled my eyes, when I was done with brushing my teeth I grabbed a hair brush and brush my quills. 15 minutes later I hear knocking again in the door and heard Zonic asking me if I was done, "No! I'm almost ready" I responded annoyed. "We are going to go work! Not to a party, hurry up!" I heard him whined and I just ignored him, about 2 minutes later I was done brushing my quills and heard knocking again.

"Zamy???" I heard him ask, I growel and walked to the bathroom door. "I'm done!" I shouted as I opened the door and Zonic fell to the ground, he was laying back on the door...Idiot. "are you okay?" I asked him, "yeah" he pulled a thumbs up as he stood up. I shrugged and walked to my room to change into my Zonecop uniform, when I was done I grabbed the small piece a paper that Zails gave me that had the code.

I went downstairs and served myself cereal, I took my cereal to the living room and was eating there while watching TV Waiting for Zonic to be done. When I was done with my cereal I went to the kitchen and put it on the sink, I went back to the living room and I wasn't paying attention until I sat in the couch but didn't realize I was sitting down on Zonic's lap.

"Um? Do you mind?" I heard Zonic ask me, "Huh? AHH!" I turned around and saw him. I fastly sat up and started to freak out, "s-sorry! When did you get here?" I asked him as I was looking around. "When you left to the kitchen, I came to sit down" he responded and stood up, "oh haha" I laughed nervously.

"Okay then, anyway can we go already? Zobotnik wants to see us" Zonic walked to the door and raise and Eyebrow when he saw I wasn't following, "Zamy?" He looked at me. "Huh?" I looked up at him, "let's go" he said and put the code on the door as it slide open. "Oh...um...Yeah... Let's go" I smiled and ran out the apartment, Zonic walked behind me as we both got to the elevator.

"Elevator Awkwardness Time...Great" I sigh and didn't realize I said it out loud, "Oh Sh-" I covered my mouth. "I don't like this elevator neither it's to slow" Zonic responded to my annoying comment as he stretched his arms, "yeah talk about turtle speed" I laughed and he just rolled his eyes.

"Not funny? Am I annoying you? Okay I'll just go home...Just Kidding One of my other jobs as a partner is to also annoy you so... deal with it!" I stuck my tounge out like a little kid and snapped my fingers...But not in a cool way... more like a dumb way were I made a weird face. "Aww I was hoping that you were gonna open the elevator door and get off and then fell from this tall building and got crushed by the elevator when you were done" He crossed his arms with a smirk, "woah! Okay! Buddy that's to Dark" I put a hand on my chest dramatically and gasped.

I started to hear Laughter that wasn't coming from me or Zonic...That made me jump and hug Zonic which means it scared the living Day lights out of me, "Seriously? Again? Zespio! Zector! I know your here, turn back to normal" Zonic Rolled his eyes as he put a hand on my back as I was hugging him. "Hi! Sorry for scaring you Zamy, Hey Zonic" Zespio and Zector appeared and I started to look at him confused, "You guys are ghost?" I asked in a stupid voice. "No, Jesus Christ Pinkie" Zonic facepalm, Zespio started to Laugh as he was holding his stomach with one hand while whipping a tear off.
