19. Siblings?

Zamy's POV

I looked at both hedgehogs curious and confused as they kept glaring at eachother, "um...Excuse me! But What the hell is happening???" I asked as Zails said 'shhh' but I ignore it. I grab my crutches and walked towards them as I looked at Zonic, "Zonic what are you doing here? What about your mission? Did you ditch Zespio and Zector? " I asked as he looked at me for a second and then back at Zhadow.

"No I was tired of waiting so I went inside and knocked them all out and told Zespio to take them here without me " he explained as I nodded, "oh okay, are you excited to meet the new Zonecop?" I asked cheerfully as he looked at me confused. "What? NO WAY!" He said as he shaked his head fastly, "are you always not happy when there is a new Zonecop?" I asked as I raised my eyebrow.

Zonic opened his mouth to say something but Zails Interupted him, "Zamy come over here!" Zails said as he was Still hiding behind his desk. I looked over Zhadow who just stood there with a blank stare, There is something wrong... I feel like something bad is gonna happen...

"It's so nice to see you again little brother" Zhadow said with a small smirk on his face.

"Little brother?"

"So nice to see me? Yeah whatever"

I heard Zhadow chuckle and all of a sudden he punched Zonic in the face, I gasped as I saw Zonic fly all the way to the back of the lab and landed on ground. "ZONIC!" I shouted his name as I was about run towards him but I realized that I couldn't, "Stay back!" Zonic demanded as he stood up and looked at Zhadow.

"Is that all you got emo bastard?" Zonic smirked at Zhadow, he ran fast towards him and tried to punch him but Zhadow Dodge it and kicked Zonic in the back. Zonic stumbled on his feet as he crashed on some glass table, "ugh" Zonic groan as he had both his legs and hands on the floor as he was looking down.

"Hmph, weak and pathetic as always" Zhadow said as Zonic growel and threw a piece of glass that shattered as it hit Zhadow chest, Zhadow backed away as Zonic stood up and ran to him as he punched him and swip kicked him. Zhadow landed on the ground as Zonic had his arms crossed, "I am not weak!" He shouted but Zhadow stood up and disappeared and then appeared behind Zonic seconds later.

"He has invisibility powers too?" I asked as Zails draged me behind his desk, "no Zhadow is the Ultimate life form, he has Teleportation powers" Zails told me as he was looking at the other two with a worried face.

"They are siblings?" I asked as Zails nodded, "yeah, Zhadow is the first child and Zonic is the second child. They also have a sister who is the third child but she got married to a rich man and now she lives on the other side of the country. Zhadow use to work as a Zonecop and his partner was Znuckles, Zhadow was actually the number 1 ranked Zonecop but then he retired and since Zonic was the second best ranked Zonecop at that time they gave him the position. Zhadow was the first one to retire and then a year later Znuckles retired" Zails explained as I raised an eyebrow.

"But wasn't Zonic ranked number 1 at 15?" I asked as Zails shaked his head, "no, he started at 15 he was ranked number one at 17. Zhadow is 4 years older than Zonic, so when he was 17 Zhadow was 21. When Zonic started Zhadow was 19, when Zhadow became ranked number one he was 18. Zhadow was considered the youngest one to become rank number one but since he retired and they gave that position at Zonic when he was 17 they considered him the youngest Zonecop to be ranked number one" Zails explained as I nodded. That makes sense...but I gotta admit my head hurts to much for putting to much thought into it. (Mine too😩)

"Why are they angry at ea-?" I got Interupted as I heard a loud thud and I turned around as I saw Zonic on Zhadow's back while punching his head as Zhadow sighed. "You. Are. Pathetic" Zhadow pushed Zonic off and kicked Zonic as he rolled around and hit the wall, "All my work is ruin...Thanks guys! You are definitely consider the best friends that anyome has ever had!" Zails said sarcastically but the other two just ignore him.
