The Graveyard Shift: part 2

Chapter 8

**Jenna's POV**

It's so great to finally have Ryan home. Harley has been stuck to him like glue since he got home.

"Mom! Daddy needs the hammer!" Harley yelled from upstairs

I walked into Xavier's room where Ryan was suppose to be setting up his crib. "Why do you need a hammer?"

"Because they didn't give me the correct screws so I'm just gonna hammer them in some how" Ryan said

"Babe, these are the right screws"

"No, they aren't"

I sighed and sat in the floor. I picked up two pieces and used the screws to put them together "see?"

"This is why I married you" Ryan said kissing me

"Yucky!!" Harley squeled

"What you don't like kisses?" Ryan said kissing her cheek

"Stop daddy!" She giggled

She ran to me and say with me. "What's Xavier doing in there?"

"He was moving around, but I haven't felt him in the last few minutes"

"Maybe he's saying 'knock knock! I wanna come out'"

I chuckled "maybe."

"Can I go play in my room?" Harley asked

"I don't see why not"

"Ok, just call me if my brother needs anything!" She said running out of the room

"She's really excited for him to come" Ryan said

"I know. I just hope she isn't mad that you aren't all hers anymore"

"I'm sure she'll be ok. I hope anyway"

"She will be. You should take her out on a little date every now and then though."

"I will, and speaking of dates our anniversary is coming up"

"I know. I can't believe that we've been married for 3 years almost."

"I can't believe it either. Are you going to feel like going out on our anniversary since it's so close to our due date?" Ryan asked

"I dont know. Xavier is due the 29th of October and our anniversary is the 17th"

"So we'll just play it by ear?"

"Yeah, thats probably best"

"Here daddy your phone is ringing"

"Thanks princess." Ryan took his phone and answered it "hello?"

"I think it's uncle Ricky" Harley said sitting down with me

"That was Ricky. Him and Jamie are gonna come over for a while."

"Yay!!! Can we order pizza? I think Xavier would like that"

I chuckled "I'll talk to daddy about it ok?"

Harley nodded and went back to her room.

"Are you almost done with the crib, babe?" I asked

"Yeah, but when Ricky gets here I'm taking a break"

"So, do you want me to order pizza or cook?"

"Up to you. Pizza is fine with me. That's what Harley wants"

"Uncle Ricky is here!!!" Harley yelled as I heard her open the door

A few minutes later Ricky and Jamie walked into Xavier's room

"Hey Jenna, Ryan, mini Ryan" Ricky said

"Ha, ha his name is Xavier in case you forgot"

"I remember" Ricky said smirking

"So, how are you feeling?" Jamie asked

"We're good. I'm 2 months away from my due date, and Harley starts school next Monday"

"Wow, everything is changing so fast!"

I know, and I hope I'm ready for it
