The Graveyard Shift: part 2

Chapter 6

**Jenna's POV**

I'm getting Harley ready for dinner. I gave her a bath and now I'm doing her hair.

"Mommy? Can I take my elephant to dinner please? She asked as I brushed her brown locks

"I don't see why not"

"Can I sit by uncle Chris?"

"If he says it's ok"

Harley just continued to play until it was time to go.

"I feel so huge" I told Ryan was we left the motel

The restaurant we were going to is just right down the road so we decided to walk

"Are you more uncomfortable with Xavier than you were with Harley?" Ryan asked

"Kinda. I just want him here already"

"He'll be here soon."

"Not soon enough" I said making Ryan chuckle

As soon as Harley saw the rest of the group she took off running to give all hugs

"Uncle Chris, can I sit with you at dinner please" Harley asked

"Of course you can"

Chris carried Harley and put her in the chair next to him. Gaia sat on the other side of him and Ryan and I sat across from them with Ricky and Jamie

Vinny sat on the other side of Harley with Ghost and Kylie.

"Mommy? Can we stay with daddy please?" Harley asked about halfway through dinner

"Baby, I wish we could, but you're starting school soon remember?"

"Oh, I remember. I don't wanna miss that"

"We also have to get stuff for Xavier ready"

"Oh yeah! Uncle Vinny we bought my baby brother a swing!" Harley said bursting with excitment

"So, your not going to stay for a few days?" Gaia asked

I sighed "no, I'm not. I am seven months pregnant and have to get my daughter ready for school."

"Do you need any help with getting things ready for Xavier?" Gaia asked

"I don't think so. I have Jamie and Balz, and Ryan will be home soon"

"Well, Kylie and I are only one call away"

"Yeah! And please call us when you go into labor!" Kylie added

"We will. Don't worry."

"Who's keeping Harley when your in the hospital?" Vinny asked

"She said she wants to stay with Jamie and Ricky so probably them"

"Who's going to be in the room when you have Xavier?" Vinny asked

"Um, the doctor, some nurses, and Ryan"

"Can we still go to the hospital?"

"Of course, we want all of you there to meet him"

The rest of the dinner was very nice, and quiet. After dinner we all went outside to say our goodbyes.

"Alright, tell daddy bye. We have a long drive tomorrow" I told Harley

She went to Ryan and he held her for a while before they finally said goodbye.

"Do you pinky promise?" Harley asked

"I pinky promise" Ryan said hooking their fingers together

"I'll see you in 10 days" Ryan said kissing me

"I'll you then. We'll be waiting for you"

"I love you"

"I love you too."

Jamie, Harley, and I walked to our motel.

"Alright, let's go to sleep we have a long drive tomorrow" Jamie said laying down

"I know. I just wish Ryan was coming home with me."

"They only wanted you to go on tour because of how much Ryan misses you"

"I know, Jamie, but I just can't right now"

"I know, Jenna. I understand"

I changed Harley then her and I went to sleep.

I can't wait to finally be back home
