Once we finished, Aaron paid and we walked into the the purple evening and just walked towards the beach since it was so close.
"I am so sorry about the guy." Aaron apologized. "It's usually not like that, I guess since classes start back up tomorrow, today is like they're last day of freedom so they're acting out."
"I guess, but it's not your fault." I assured as took off my flats before we walked into the sand, then decided to change the subject. "The water looks nice with the sunset and all."
"Yeah it does actually." Aaron realized.
I nodded in response before he pulled his black polo over his head revealing his bare and toned chest.
"You're going in?" I gaped. I didn't think he'd actually go swimming tonight.
He tossed his shirt aside and kicked his shoes off as well with a mischievous smile. I dropped my flats and phone along with his shoes. "Why not?"
"The water is really cold, I don't think you should go in." I mentioned, implying swimming would be a horrible idea.
"Well," He started walking very close to me. "I won't be going in alone."
"What?!" I screamed as he tossed me over his shoulder and ran towards the sea.
"You heard me." He laughed.
He dropped me into the chilled water and I bursted out in laughter, "I still have my dress on."
"Then take it off." He whispered pulling me towards him.
"Turn around." I playfully whispered back.
Aaron chuckled and nodded before turning around. I slid my dress off and threw into the sand.
"Done." I laughed leaning closer to him.
He turned around and instantly gaped at my lack of dress. "Hello." He winked before ducking underneath the water and swimming back to shore.
"I thought you wanted to swim for bit, that was like five seconds." I laughed grazing my arms across the cold dark sea.
"Too cold." Aaron informed before sitting down to watch me swim back to shore and grabbed my damp sand-covered dress.
"You don't say." I responded rolling my eyes as I walked over to him.
Aaron laughed standing up and towered over me. "Maybe I just wanted you to take off your dress."
I opened my mouth at his bluntness. "Smooth." I commented before I grabbed my phone and shoes from the sand.
Aaron chuckled at my remark before handing me his dry black polo.
"Oh thank you." I thanked.
"No prob."
"I had a lot of fun." I smiled then sliding the polo over my head.
Aaron smiled and pulled my waist toward his bare wet chest, our noses nearly touching and pushed my hair wet strands away. I just stood there worrying that his lips would crash into mine, but a loud ringing from my phone broke the silence I breathed out in relief. He just chuckled, embarrassed and pulled away.
I quickly gazed from his eyes down to my phone and in relief saw Ava calling.
"What's going on?" I questioned.
"Are you okay?" Ava asked a little worried. "It's 10:45 Jeslyn."
That's when I realized I planned to get back home because I had to wake up early for class. "I am so sorry, I didn't realize it was so late. I'll see you in a bit."
"Alright bye Jes."
"Bye." I answered.
"You have to go?" Aaron asked.
"Yeah." I smiled slipping on my shoes.
"I had a lot of fun." He mentioned as we walked back to his car.
"Me too." I agreed as I dusted off my dress before getting into his car.
We drove back to my dorm and I he escorted me to my dorm door.
"Since i'm already home, I'll change real quick and give your polo back." I laughed.
"Oh no, it's fine." He promised. "You can keep it. I have a billion others."
"Uh." I looked down at the men's shirt. "Are you sure?"
"Totally." He assured before he gently kissed my cheek. "I'll see you around."
"Bye Aaron." I gushed after him then walking inside and closing the door.
"Bye Aaron." Ava dramatically mocked, then made kissy noises.
"Oh please." I rolled my eyes as I walked into my room.
Ava gasped loudly after me before whispering. "What are you wearing?" Then Ava leaned in the smell my shoulder. "You smell like cologne. What happened."
"Nothing happened!" I promised before slamming my door shut and going into the Jack and Jill restroom.
"That's a lie!" Ava called through the bathroom door.
"Okay." I answered mysteriously as I turned the shower on and slipped off the shirt and bikini.
"Did you lose your virginity!?" Ava shouted. "In his car? Jeslyn!"
I gaped, wrapping a towel around me and opened the bathroom door and looked at her seriously, "Of course not, Ava. We didn't even kiss."
"Oh." Ava nodded satisfied.
"In his car..." I mocked sarcastically and shook my head then jumped into the shower as Ava walked in to brush her teeth. "Although this creepy guy grabbed me at the restaurant." I mentioned.
"What did Aaron do?"
"He just yelled at him."
"Hm." Ava answered. "He should've done more?"
"Well the guy was drunk." I answered rinsing shampoo from my hair. "Aaron is sweet and goofy. But i'm kinda glad you called, he was gonna kiss me and I panicked."
"Are you guys going to hang out again?"
"I don't know."
