Can spirits be good?

Highway

I got a recently invitation from my friend of his wedding.

I was really excited for it.

He is living in a small town and I went there. Well while in my journey I saw lots of beautiful places surrounded by trees and everything seem good.

I almost reached there and for further traveling I have to go by taxi.

So, I got a taxi after sometime and surprising most of them were telling no to drive after sunset on that highway. and it would take about 7 hours to reach my destination.

The taxi driver and I started to talking.
He said ,"you are not from this town ?"
I said that  "ya I m not from this town and I m here to attain my friend's marriage."

So we were talking and he said that where I was going is the place where spirits came. There are many ghost experience from that place. And it is believed that some of spirits are staying there and they can be seen after dark.

Well, I am a person who does not believe in ghosts and so I just told yes to the driver about what was he was saying.

It was dark and around 2am when I was thinking about what driver said and  suddenly our taxi shopped and we were on the highway that  was surrounded by trees both the side and the because of air the tree's leaves were gently moving.

The driver said that there was problem in engine and it will take time so he advised me to walk for 40-50 minutes and then a small hotel will came and I will get all the help from there.

I agreed him and went further. It was about 10 min I started walking and I can feel that someone is following me.
I thought that it was just my imagination because in way I heard so many ghost stories.

I ignored it and after sometime I was  clearly able to hear the footsteps that were just walking behind me I just turned back to see that who was it and to my surprise there was nobody. I was shocked.

Well, now I have walked about 20 min but still I can't see anything .Then I suddenly saw a girl walking beside me.She saw at me and asked that what I am doing here at that time (it was about 2:30) I told her that I should ask this question to her? After all she was a girl and was alone, she was not safe.

Then without answering my question she told me to answer. I told her whole story. We became friends.Then it was about 2:45 and we were talking and then I saw a big banyan tree. It was so huge and I saw five women were asking for help to us  and when I told that we should help them and she said me not.

I was so surprised and then I decided not to help because she said that she will tell me the reason and to trust her.

Then I saw a hotel and was about to reach there. I was walking somewhat ahead from her and asking the reason then when I looked back she was stopped and was standing. I asked her to came with me but she said that "My journey was till here only. And now you can go safely to your friend's house". She looked down and smiled and said that every spirit is not bad and then said my name and then looked back at me and smiled,when I was about to ask her anything she turned and disappeared. This happened in seconds.It was so fast.

Then after reaching hotel one of the waiter asked me to whom I was talking? I asked him when? Them he told me that when I was about to enter the hotel and he said that he was seeing this from a window.

I said this incident to my friend and when I was telling his facial expressions were of shock and said that I was very lucky that I m OK. Because those five women were spirits who have murder almost everyone passing by there and in same way they always ask for help.(he hugged me)

And he was not knowing about that girl who helped me.

He further said that,that highway was haunted and no town people would go from there after sunset.
