Hello readers! This is an update after a long time! Please read and comment! :)

Alex's POV:

Thinking of last night's dream, I walk down the stairs at 7 am. Should I ask Ty if he knew anything about what happened in the dream? What did the dream even mean? Did it actually happen when I was a kid? Or was it just a -

"Hey, what are you thinking so intently about?" said Ty, bringing me back from my thoughts. And as soon as I did, I smelled fresh chocolate chip cookies. My favorite!

"You made Choco chip!" I exclaimed with happiness, grinning widely.

"Of course kiddo, Happy Birthday," he said hugging me and pulled out a wrapped box and gave it to me, "and here's your gift, hope you like it. Oh and open it when you're at home tonight"

I hear the sound of a car parking outside and looking at the time I knew it was Jen. Jason and Jen woke up in the morning and left to their houses to get ready for school.

"Here's the birthday girl!" exclaimed Jen with a bright smile on her face. And I smile at her which immediately fades away after looking the 'Birthday Girl' balloon in her hand.

"Jen, I am NOT taking THAT to school," I told her seriously, which apparently wasn't serious enough because she laughed at my statement and tied it on my bag. Great, how fun is it to have a balloon tied to your bag. Note the sarcasm. I roll my eyes and grab a cookie. Jen, as usual ran to the kitchen and took two cookies like a kid. I wonder how she's so thin even after eating everything she eats.

We said our goodbyes to Ty and walked towards the car. The surprise was that Jason was already in the car and was making his way towards me. He tackled me into a bear hug which obviously ended in me gasping for air.

"Dude! You're killing me here!" I told him as he put me down and gave a wrapped box and said, "Happy Birthday Alex!"

"Haha, thanks J!" I said with a big smile as we made our way towards the car.

As we sat in the car and Jenna started to drive, Jenna started screaming at J, "You idiot! We were supposed to give it in the evening! You just ruined the surprise! Oh and Alex, the gift is from BOTH of us and not just him!" Both of them rolled their eyes at each other. Oh God, what will I ever do with these two constantly fighting!

---

We entered the school and made out way to the lockers. People who knew me wished me and people who didn't, wished me too. Guess why? Yes, because of the balloon Jen tied to my bag.

"See! Now everyone knows it's your birthday!" exclaimed Jen.

"Yes, exactly what I wanted," I replied with a whole lot of sarcasm.

We took our books and made our way to the home room. They took our attendance and we were on our way to our first period class. We each said our goodbyes and went to our respective classes.

First was biology and we had Mr. Smith for this class. He was actually a very good teacher. He was the reason that I'm in advanced biology this year. He came in and started teaching when someone knocked on the door. Everyone turned to see who it was and in came the same guy from the parking lot yesterday. Everyone started whispering about him as usual as though he wasn't standing right there looking and listening to everyone. But, he wasn't. As soon as he came in, he looked straight at me. I checked to my left and right to make sure and he was definitely looking at me. And it wasn't a friendly look either, it was a dark and cold look. I cut the eye contact and looked elsewhere.

"Yes, you must the new student transferring from East High," said Mr. Smith, "you can take the empty seat in the middle."

He nodded and started coming towards me. That was when I realized the only empty seat in the class was exactly to the right of me. Great. Sarcasm. As the class went on, I felt the hair on my neck stand up as if someone was staring at me. I turned to look at him to see if he actually was and there he was looking directly into my eyes as if he was going to kill me any second. Right then, the bell rang. Saved by the bell.
