Chapter Two

More Danger To Come

After Mikes lips left my head he stood and put his hand down to lift me up. When we were back with Hunter again we were greeted by Summer saying

"Timothys awake but cant move and June aswell, she's got a broken arm and a broken ankle and she's passed out"

"Can Timothy talk?"I asked

"Yeah"

"Ok" I said as I walked over to Timothy.

"How you feeling soder"

"Ok, but really sore"

"Just hang in there ok?"

"Ok,hows June?"

What do I say the truth will make him sad but then I cant just lie, Ill say she's okay that'll do

"Um, well uhh,she's ok"

I walked back over to Mike and said that we need food if we're going to stay

"Ill go get some" He said

"Ok, Summer tell Kiley that your getting water"

"Ok Mum"

Now its just me I started with a fire trying the stick way and the stone way both didn't work. Then I remembered about the lighter in my backpack, So I took off my veloit pack searched through the side pockets until, Bingo, I found the lighter.

Since it was damp on the ground it was hard to get a fire started but I managed. When the fire was complete I started with the shacks, simple hole shacks and leaf shacks.

The sun started to set and all the team settled in shacks, me and Mike shared one, Summer, Kiley shared one right next to the doctor shack, June and Timothy was.

I took first watch for about an hour, nothing happened. The Mike took his watch for an hour, I don't know what happened all I remember were hearing growls then Mike yelled Grazey.

Grazeys are a type of deer that only live in rainforests and in the day the peaceful animals that eat grass and leaves but by night they're extremely dangerous.

One Grazey ran right through my shack before I could get my knife ready and stood over me ready for dinner, me!

I must of passed out because when I woke up the next morning a Grazey was lying on its side huffing with an arrow in its through it belly, wait arrow!

None of us a trained with a bow or even have a bow! So who shot the Grazey that was about to have me as dinner?

Sorry for the cliff hanger but I'm really tired because I finished off chapter one and wrote chapter two.
