Chapter 26

Niall's POV

I woke up in the morning and Kerry was gone.

"Guys, you seen Kerry?" I asked waking them up.

"No, she in your room?" Sean asked.

"No, I've checked the whole house. I'll go and check her Mum's." I said grabbing my shoes and jogging next door.

I knocked on the door and waited for someone to come and answer it.

After a while her Mum came to the door.

"Hey, Lisa. Is Kerry here?" I asked her

She sighed. "I take it she's not told you." she said running her hand through her hair.

"Told me what?" I asked her

"It's the anniversary today." she said

I was confused. "The anniversary of what?" I asked her

"Her Dad. He dies five years ago today, son." she said tears filling her eyes. I hugged her and she started sobbing into my jumper.

"Can I speak to her?" I asked Lisa

"You can try, she might not answer you though, I've tried all morning." she sighed letting me in.

I walked up to her room door and knocked it lightly. "Kerry? It's me Niall." I said

I heard her move about. "Can I come in?" I said. Nothing. "Okay, if you want to talk to me or any of the boys just come over and see us." I said after an hour of trying to get her to talk.

Her Mum came out to me as I was leaving, I just shook my head signaling that she hadn't answered.

I waked round to the side of her house and knocked on her window. The curtain twitched then a she held a piece of paper up, I couldn't see her though. The paper said "I'm sorry." on it. I turned around and went back into our house and told the boys.

" We should all go over one at a time and see if she'll talk to any of us." Sean said

"Well I've already tried, so who ever wants a shot, on you go." I said

Liam and Louis got up "We'll try." the both said and walked out

Kerrys POV

I heard two boys come up to my window.

"Kerry, it's your Boo."one of them said, Louis.

"And your LeeLee." the other said, Liam.

Although they were like my brothers I didn't feel like talking to them, so I just rolled over in my bed and cried into my pillow.

Niall's POV

Liam and Louis walked in shaking their heads.

"Nothing." Louis said

"We'll try then." Zayn said standing up with Harry following him.

Kerrys POV

Another two boys came up to my window.

"Kerry, it's your sexy friend." I take it was Zayn said

"And you partner in Curls." must have been Harry said

I laughed a bit, I could hear them laugh too, but again I still didn't want to talk to them.

Niall's POV

Zayn and Harry walked in.

"Anything?" I asked

"She laughed." Harry said.
