Chapter 43

Nialls POV

"Close your eyes!" I shouted wrapping Perrie's scarf around Kerry's eyes. This was the day she got her Birthday surprise.

"They're closed!" she protested as I held her hand and helped so she wouldn't fall.

"Where are we?" she asked after a second "We had to drive then walk for a bit to get here.....tell me!"

"Right three seconds then you can see." I said standing behind her and going to untie the scarf

"Three......Two....One...Surprise!" I shouted letting the scarf fall.

Kerry's POV

As the scarf fell from my eyes a huge room came into my view, it was a recording studio.

I looked at Niall questioningly

"This....is yours." he said

"What?" I asked him

"This is yours, your recording studio, do what you want with it. Make your own music or start your record label." he explained pulling me into a hug

"You bought me a recording studio?" I asked in disbelif

"Not just the recording studio...." he trailed off "Go look around, this full floor in this building is yours."

"Seriousy?" I asked then ran out the door which lead me into a room with full lenth mirrors, a dance rehearsal room.

"Wow." I breathed

"Keep looking, theres more." he said leaning aginst the door frame.

I ran into another room which was huge with sofas, Tv's, tables and a kitchen in the corner. In another room was full of instruments, for practising. The last room was an office, a small room with a large table with a mac book on it.

"Wow, thank you so much Niall!" I shouted hugging him.

"Theirs still more......." he said

"What, seriously?" I asked

"Yeah, go up stairs." he said

I walked over to the stairs then climbed them. It brought me out onto the roof, which had a music system set up and lights strug everywhere.

"For your star-studded partys." Niall said following me up the stairs.

Wow, this building was in central London and my two floors was the top floor and the roof.

"This....This is all mine?" I asked

"Yep, sure is." he said

"I can do anything with it, start my own record company. Like Syco?" I questioned

"Course, do anything you want with it." he replied smiling

"Thank you so much!" I shouted hugging him.

"Oh and it's all sound prooffed to." he laughed

"So what you going to do with it first?" he asked me

"I think we should have an opening party......one star-studded party on the roof and one where up and coming acts can come, show me what they've got and I can maybe sign them and help they get known." I suggested

"Yeah great idea, lets go get drinks for it then." he suggested taking my hand and leading me down to the car waiting for us.

"Yeah, spread the word too. Tommorow night!" I said sticking my seatbelt in.

I phoned Louis "Lou!" I shouted down the phone

"Like it?" he asked

"Like it, I love it! Right, we're having a party on the roof of it tommorow night from 9 let every famous person in your phone book know, tell the boys to too. Then let every up and coming singer, dancer and musician to come here on Monday from 7 in the morning and I might sign them to my record label if I think they have a chance of getting big." I rushed out
