    "Jim have you made the arrangement for the meeting?"
I asked my Beta
     
      "Yes I have, everything has been taken care of" "good" I replied back in my always emotionless voice and expression.
       
     "How long before they get here?"
        
     "Any time from now."
        
       "How many are they?"
      
     "About eight of them including the alpha"
     
       "OK then I am going up to have my bath, link up to me when they arrive." I told him as I left my study and made my way to my room.

       In my room after my shower I stood in my boxers in front of the mirror brushing my hair when Helen walked into my room dressed in a thigh length bathrobe her dyed blonde hair hanging down her shoulders.
    
       "Hi alpha" she said looking at me like I was a slab of meat and she a hungry dog.
     
      "Need company?" she asked me in what she hopes is a seductive voice dripping with lust.
       
     "Not again " Jason my wolf said in disgust, he totally hates her, he hates any female that comes close to us.
      
        "You are not thinking of having sex with her, are you?" "I don't know maybe"
   
      "Well don't even think about it " he growled "you know what I can do to her. "
     
         "Yeah right I know what you can do alright and really I don't want anything to do with her anymore"
      
      "Well it's about time you come back to your senses, get her away from here she makes me want to throw up."
       
        "Leave." I said to Helen turning to face her."
        
         "But Alpha I can't just leave, I just got here" she said coming closer to me.
      
        "Helen get out of my room and my life if possible, can't you see that I am no longer interested in you?" I stopped for a while to allow her take in what I said.
       
          "You are way too cheap, so what, I might have had sex with you a couple of times but I am no longer interested,"
          
      "OK Alpha" she said pulling her lower lip into her mouth.
       
        "But when do I come back?"
   
         "Never." I answered with a growl.
     
      "But Alpha I-"
         
       "Get out....now!" I snarled stopping her mid sentence in my Alpha voice making her tremble in fear and run out of my room.
        
         'Well, that was interesting.' said Jason who clearly enjoyed the show.
        "Tell me about it"
      "So... What do we do now?"
 
"We get dressed for the meeting."
     
"Not about that."
    
      "About what then?"
         
       "About our mate, we have to find her."
     
          "We have no mate searching for her would be a waste of time."
     
      "We have a mate... We do."
    
    "Do we have to go through this again?"
    
       "Yes we do since you are not making any attempt to search for her."
     
              "Why waste my time for something that doesn't exist?"
     
      "Who told you that she doesn't exist?"
     
       "You Jason of all people should know about that!"
      
         "I know ."
    
       "Exactly  she made it clear that I have none."
     
      "She didn't say that we don't have a mate, she said..."
     
        "Jason cut it out already!"
   
  "I want my mate!" Jason yelled.
         
     "And I want her too" I answered him gently. A werewolf  living without it's mate is like living with half of it's soul.
     
       "Then do something about it!"
      
        "There is nothing I can do about it Jason, our loss. We just have to live with it."
        
       "But I can feel her, I know she exist."
       
       "well  goodluck feeling things that don't exist." I said to him and shut him out.
