A Hyūga's reason

The depressing suicide song played through the hospital room, Sasuke held his letter in his hand while his other hand caressed your cheek "is this what you were thinking (y/n)?.. When you did it..."

• Two days prior •

(Y/n) scrounges around and rummages through her bags...... she searched for a peculiar book she kept, but she couldn't find it

"Dammit! Where is it?!" She exclaims

(Y/n) blew a strand of hair out of her eyes and plopped herself onto a chair. She looked at her phone and checked the time which read '4:34'

"If I keep taking this long I can't do it before Naneki comes!"

(Y/n) flew back a shirt from her bag and walked over to her bottle of pills "it's to late for me now..... it's either now or later"

Throwing the bottle into the air, (y/n) walked into the kitchen with her book and pen in hand. She hummed a tune as she walked towards the table. Pulling out the chair (y/n) listened to the etched sound of the wood that scratched against the ground, the noise bounced off the walls

"Today's my last entire........ if today is my last day it has to be perfect...... If I can't find my journal maybe they will"

(Y/n) wrote her last entries into the book, shedding some salty tears onto the page.

"See you all in the next world.. if there is, or if you guys go to hell with me.... ha"

Placing the book back down onto the counter (y/n) flinched at the sudden thought of not being able to see everyone, or the guilt and pain she will put upon others. The (e/c) eyed girl stopped for a second to glance at a picture on her book, It was a picture of Sasuke and herself smiling, with Itachi in the background ready to turn the corner

Standing up, the Hyūga walked back into another room to grab the bottle of her pills, hearing a loud creak sound through the house (y/n) stopped in her tracks, she looked left to right and behind her

'Must be my mind going crazy already....' she thought

Moving forward once again (y/n) opened a bottle of water from the freezer. She lured the pills into her mouth and swallowed it down whole with the bottle water. (Y/n) could already feel her head ache and leaned onto a counter where she grabbed onto her knife she kept into a tight grip

"It's too late now..." pulling the kitchen knife closer, (y/n) felt a tear stream from her eyes "I'm gonna really do it, I might be- I am! I'm gonna be free"

A stinging pain left (y/n) in tears, the tug into her skin is what she felt, the blood oozed from her stomach and dropped to her knees

"I-I didn't even cut the knife through myself yet...."

Right behind herself (y/n) saw the figure of a woman in her late 20's. Her hair was a mess and looked liked a duplicate of herself, just messier.....

She had (e/c) contacts in her eyes, her hair was messily dyed (h/c), and she put on a huge chunk of make up that covered most of her face, it was a scary last sight for (y/n)

"I-I'm so sorry ma'am, I was just looking for a bathroom"

(Y/n) broke down onto the ground and shook in fear at the stranger that hovered before her

"Your not my Naneki.... So if your not than- haha..... so your the whore that she left me for, huh? It makes no different we could be twins!"

The stranger caressed your cheek and gave you a light shove that sent you flying forward

"So I don't know why she would leave me for you...."

You felt your eyes close and could hear the sound of your heart slowly pumping in your chest, your lungs grasping for air, your body was slowly shutting down, and your system was failing, it was the end of the line.... It was finally the end for you

'I regret this, I know what death feels like!'

You fell to your chest and you watched as the figure left from a window, a sadist like smile appeared on there face

"See ya in hell~" they chimed. She jumped out of the window and took her leave

As if every suicide song was correct, you felt yourself slipping from life, you felt regret pour onto you like a waterfall. Memory's of you and the Uchiha family flashed before your eyes

"Goodbye Sasuke- Goodbye... Itachi"

(Y/n) shivered at the thought of death and cried her tears into a puddle onto the ground, she choked on her spit.

This was a horrific death even for those who has done wrong to her friends and family, it was still horrible.....

Especially since she died to the hands of an unknown person, the fear that hovered over her

"Wh-why'd I let this happen..."

Music played inside of the hospital room with Sasuke and (y/n), Sasuke fell asleep next to the Hyūga, he held tightly onto her hand, as if she would let go and walk out. The song that played finally came to an end with the following words bouncing off of the cold hospital walls:

'I don't even wanna die anymore. Oh I don't wanna. I don't wanna- I don't even wanna die anymore'
