CHAPTER 2

Janet POV *

"Thanks for all the help guys I really owe you" I said giving all 4 of my cousins a hug including Algee. I feel bad. If De'arrea  finds out I'm throwing a good bye party she's gonna be upset. I don't have the guts to tell her that I'm moving to California in 2 days. Saturday is the party, sunday is the final day I get everything ready and Monday morning is the day I go to the airport with my parents and take off to California. It hurts to just think about it. She had a point the other day. She doesn't know a lot about me. The 2 months I've been away was just crazy. I been hanging around my old friends in California drinking and smoking  doing shit I never did before and I also had sex about 3 times with the same guy I met in California. That's the real reason why I'm moving so soon, my mom found a house in California that we can move into you. I have to be able to move closer to my him because I'm actually pregnant with his baby and I don't Even have the guts to tell Dee. If I tell her I'm moving, she'll be mad at me forever. I set up the stuff for the party tomorrow. Everything was pretty much ready. It's just the food that needs to be cook but momma and I hired somebody to take care of that. Oh how i'ma miss De'arrea. That's been my best friend for 10 long years . I stared down at my gold necklace that says 'best'.  De'arrea  has the other half of the necklace that says 'friend'. We had these chains for 6 years. tears rolled down my cheeks and fell onto the floor. I'm really leaving her.

"You good Jan? " Algee said putting his hand on my back. I wiped my tears nodding my head.

"I'm fine Al" I smiled hugging him tightly. My phone vibrated in my back pocket, I unwrapped my arms from around algee walking off. I pulled my phone out my pocket and unlocked it. It was De'arrea . She wants me to go to the mall with her to find something to wear to the party tomorrow. I texted her back and grabbed my keys and purse. Ima make sure We turn up tomorrow .

I walked in the mall ,walking towards the food court where Dee told me to meet her at. She raised up her hand and I walked up to her.  "Hey girly, you look cute today" she said pinching my shirt. I gave her a slight smile. We both began making our way around the store. We couldn't find anything. We was thinking about going to another mall. "Look" she said pointing to the last clothing store in the mall. We walked inside and they had everything I wanted. We almost bought the whole store.

"Giiirl I'm finna be so fine tonight! " she said leaning on me. I laughed arching my eyebrow.

"Why you say that? "

"I'm doing something different with my hair today "

I already knew what she was about to do with her hair. She's gonna dye it red. she always wanted to dye her hair red since she was 10 but couldn't cause of her mom. But now she's old enough.

"Let me guess... You're gonna dye your hair? " I questioned already knowing she's gonna say yes.

"Yes I'm so happy!" We both laughed walking out the mall arm in arm. She came over to my house to see how the place looking so far. I got out the car heading to the door. "You ready? " I asked her. She nodded her head while clapping her hands together. I opened the door and walked in. "Wow you added more decorations..  It looks so nice " she said. I had got a phone call from my mom so I told De'arrea  I'll be in the other room. She smiled. I rushed towards the other room bumping into Algee.

"My bad Algee !"

"Where you off to now? " he questioned

"I gotta call my mom back. Go talk to Dee while I do that" I said walking off.

De'arrea  pov

I digged trough my purse making sure my red hair dye was in there. I pushed my hair to the side while pouring things out my purse. "Hey, " a voice called out. I stopped and turned around. It was Algee fine ass. My heart started beating real fast. I hope I don't sweat out my make up .

"Oh um hey Alie"

"No It's Al - Gee" he said. I burst out laughing but stopped when he looked at me with a straight face.

"Sorry.. "

He walked closer to me. And I took a step back. He looked into my eyes but I looked down at the floor biting my lips. I felt his hand touch my lower stomach. I put my hand on his chest shoving him back.

"What's wrong? " he asked. I shook my head throwing my stuff back into the purse. Algee been trying to flirt with me since the day I got here. Him being that fine he probably been flirting with a lot of girls. "Where's Janet? " I asked feeling nervous. He shrug his shoulders. I sat down on the couch waiting for Janet.

"Am I making you nervous? " he asked. I looked up at him nodding.

"Yeah kinda. " I said. He walked in the kitchen sitting down at the table. I felt bad for doing him like that so I put mg purse down walking towards him.

"What's up? " he asked while looking down on his phone.

"Look I'm sorry." I pulled up a chair next to him and sat in it.

"nah you good. " he said.

He started asking me questions like why I'm still single and how old was I and all that. He seem like a cool person. We exchanged numbers and everything. "You coming to that party tomorrow? " I asked nudging his arm. He nodded.
"Of course. I know you going with your fine self" . I laughed. He wiped the pieces of of glitter off my cheek while I stare into his eyes. He was just so fine. As he was taking the glitter off my cheek I leaned over kissing him. He rubbed his hand on my inner thigh making me jump up out of my seat. "Oh my god" I whispered to my self. "What's wrong? " he asked grabbing Me and kissing on my neck. "Stop Alieee" I said. "Baby I told you it was Algee " he said continuing kissing my neck. I slapped him with anger and he stood there in shock. "Why you slapping my cousin like that Dee! " Janet called out.  I walked towards the couch grabbing my purse and keys. "Dee! " she said grabbing my arm. I felt a tear trying to fall so I didn't look her in the eye, instead I was looking down ay the floor. "Nothing Janet, can I please go? " . I pulled away leaving out the door. So many guys only wanted one thing from me which was sex. That's why I never had a real boyfriend. But what happened between me and algee felt so good. When he put his hand on my thigh I swear I was getting wetter by the minute. And his lips was just so soft and warm. The reason why I slapped him was because he was going too far. When I got home I took my bags out the car throwing them on the floor in my room. "Oh you're here yay" mom said. I sat next to her on the couch laying my head on her shoulder . She gripped my face kissing my forehead. "You okay baby? " she asked.  I nodded. I got up going to my room and falling asleep.
