My First Love

Chapter 13

De'arrea  pov

I unwrapped myself from algee's arms walking into the bathroom. I turned on the shower while wrapping my hair into a messy bun. I stood in the shower pouring dove liquid soap all over my body. After showering I wrapped my body in a towel and took my hair out of the messy bun pouring treseme shampoo into my hair massaging my scalp. I washed out the shampoo following it with conditioner and did the same. I stood in the doorway to see if Algee was still sleep cause I know my blow dryer will actually wake him up for sure. I plugged in my blow dryer and started blow drying my hair. I then straightened it and headed to the closet. "Where you going? " algee whispered. I slid on my bra and panties turning to him. "I'm gonna go make breakfast " he climbed out of bed heading to the bathroom. I slowly walked out the room and headed downstairs to the kitchen. I pulled out the box of aunt Jemima pancake mix and other stuff. After cooking I made me and algee's plate setting it aside. "How you slept? " he asked walking into the kitchen and grabbing a plate of food. I smiled closing my eyes. "Good. " I replied as images from last night was in my head. He was hitting all the right spots last night. I headed over to my plate and began eating.

ALGEE'S POV ***

I rushed upstairs and grabbed my phone off the night stand. It was an unknown number calling. I pressed the answer key and held the phone up to my ear. "Hello? " the voice said. It was a female voice and it sounded familiar. "Hello?. Who's this? " I said sitting on the edge of the bed.

"Its me Danielle.. Is this Algee? " she said. I stood up looking around trying to figure out where I heard or know that name from.. "Oh Danielle paisley! " I said laughing on the phone. Danielle was an old friend of mines back in high school. I had a big crush on her also. I told my self to never speak to her again after what happened at prom. I asked her to go to prom with me and she said yes. I even bought her a blue dress for her to wear at prom so that it could match my blue and black suit. She set me up and went to prom with one of my old best friends and didn't even wear the dress I bought her. I haven't talk to her since. "Yeah how you been?  Haven't seen you in 2 whole years. " she said. "I've been alright. What about you? " I said. "I've been awesome. I was wondering if you could come have lunch with me later on today. " she said. I took a deep breath while wondering what would Dee think if she finds out I'm out having lunch with another women. She's just an old friend, I'm sure Dee wouldn't mind. Didn't really understand why she's reaching out to me now. It's been two years and I haven't heard a word from her since. Even though I've been dodging her text and calls. I even changed my number ,don't really know how she found my new number. "Yeah sure text me your address " I said ending the conversation.  We exchanged a few more words before hanging up. I took a shower and got dressed heading downstairs to see what Dee was doing. She was laying in the couch scrolling up and down her news feed on the phone. "Hey babe, why you're so dressed up today? Is we going out somewhere? " she said sitting up on the couch. My heart started beating fast. I sat next to her shaking my head. "Naw,  I was suppose to go meet up with my friend um.. Frank. Haven't seen him in a while. " I said lying through my teeth. She nodded her head and laid back on the couch. "When will you be back? " she asked. I stood up grabbing the keys from the table near the couch as I looked down at the message Danielle just sent me. "In like an hour" I said. I leaned over kissing her forehead before heading out the door. I smiled and had a tingling sensation inside of me. I got into the car and stuck the key into the ignition. Lil Uzi vert xo tour blasted through the speaker. I turned it all the way up while backing out the driveway. I sped down the street heading to Danielle's. She texted me her address and I paste it on the Google map. She lived about 20 to 25 minutes away from me. About 30 minutes later I pulled up to Danielle's house. I pulled up to her drive way and put the car in park. I was starting to get hot. I was nervous, I don't know why but it's just something I can't explain. Don't matter what I still had feeling for Danielle which was crazy. I texted her to come out and she came walking towards the car with her eyes glued to the phone. She was so damn beautiful.  She looked a lot better than she did before. She opened the door and looked up at me smiling. I smiled back adjusting myself into the my seat.  "Oh my god Algee, you look so different " she said nudging my arm. My face got hot. I know for a fact I was blushing. "Yeah. So do you..  You look beautiful " I said trying not to give her eye contact by staring at the road. She thanked me and the car was silent for about 6 whole minutes. We pulled up to this new cafe near a mall. I never actually been here before, Danielle have though. We got out the car walking towards the cafe doors. I felt a pair of Danielle arms wrapping around my waist. "I miss you so much" she said as her face was glued to my chest. I smiled as we continued walking.

"Yeah, I worked there for about a year and a half now" she said . I nodded my head taking a sip of my soda. We was talking for about an hour now.  "So. Are you single? " she asked. Her eyes were glued to the phone to the point I thought she was talking to the phone. I had a feeling that if I tell her that I'm not single she'll probably change the way she think of me and if I tell her I was single she'll want to take things up a bit. I didn't know what I should say. I let my thoughts get the best of me by saying I was single which I actually wasn't. "I'm single too. I've been single for a while now. I've been modeling and traveling a lot that I didn't really have time to be in an actual relationship. I was just too busy you know?." She said. I nodded my head. She excused herself from the table and got up walking to the girls bathroom in the back of the cafe. I watched her walk all the way there. Her body just do things to me. My phone buzzed in my pocket knocking me out of my thoughts. It was Dee and my mom.

Baby: when are you coming home?  I feel so sick.

Baby: can you make a stop to CVS on your way back. I think I have the virus babe!

Baby: hello???  Are you going to reply back or what?!

I wanted to reply back but Danielle was coming my way. I threw my phone back into my pocket and stood up. "You ready to go? " she asked. I nodded my head and followed her out the door to the car. "I had a great time today Algee. So glad you actually made this happened " she said while throwing on her seatbelt. I nodded and gave her a slight smile heading back to her house. The car ride back to her house was silent. Neither did one of us anything. She kissed my cheek while getting out the car. I smiled while pulling out the driveway heading back to my girl De'arrea .
