Lia parked the car outside Freya's house. She could hear her loud music a block away. She rang the doorbell. Freya came to the door, covered in what looked like baby food.
"Is that..." said Lia, unsure whether it was a good idea to ask.
"It's baby food." said Freya.
"...why.." said Cara, confused.
"I'm feeding Luke." she said.
"Oh god.." said Lia and Cara in unison, pushing past Freya and into her kitchen. There sat Luke Hemmings, Freya's boyfriend, wearing a bib and also covered in baby food.
"I lost a bet OK?" he said, his mouth full of goo.
"I don't even want to know" said Cara.
Freya turned to turn off her stereo. Seeing a chance, Luke pushed the bowl of baby food to the ground. He jumped up and ran upstairs.
"LUCAS HEMMINGS!!" shouted Freya as she chased him upstairs.
Lia and Cara laughed and made themselves a coffee. Three minutes later, Luke walked downstairs carrying Freya, her beating his back with her fists.
"She thinks she can fight me" he said.
"But I always win" He said, putting Freya down. She scowled at him.
"Oh what now, did I mess up your weave?" he said, pressing her nose.
"It's not a weave!!" She said, exasperated. She flipped her waist length hair into Luke's face. Luke flinched, then laughed.
"Feck off, Luke." she said, poking him. Luke walked out of the room, pretending to be upset.
Freya turned to Lia and Cara, as if just remembering they were standing there.
"So." she said
"Whatcha' doin here?"
"Hangin'" said Lia.
Freya looked at Cara.
"I thought you were meant to be with Co-" she started.
Lia dragged her finger across her neck. Freya got the message and nodded, mouthing "oh."
"Rex is sick. He couldn't come."
said Cara, defensive.
Freya smiled.
"Whatevs."
They watched The Hunger Games on Freya's TV. Freya had always had a crush on Sam Claflin. Luke came into the room as Freya squealed over Sam.
"Hey!" he said
He sat down next to Freya and watched the rest of the movie with us. Then his phone rang.
" She looks so perfect standing there, in my American apparel underwear.."
"You vain bitch Luke, your own song as your ringtone?!" said Freya.
Luke shrugged and answered the call.
"Hey, Calum.." he said, stepping out of the room.
