5 Seconds of Vamps

Chapter 21

    LIAS POV

I woke up to the sound of wrapping paper being shredded and excited giggles. It's Cara's birthday!

I ran into her room with my present for her. Her, Freya, and Sophie were sitting on her bed surrounded in wrapping paper. She was already wearing Freya's present - a pizza tshirt! I threw my present at her and screamed HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!, jumping onto the bed, sending Sophie flying off.

"HEY!" she whined, brushed herself off. She scowled at me, but she was laughing.

She opened my present carefully - until she realised what it was.

She opened the large Niall Horan poster and looked at me as if to say "Seriously Lia? Srsly?"

I burst out laughing and said

"Don't worry! You'll get your real present later!"

"Get dressed birfday gal! We're going to Starbucks!" shouted Freya, throwing random items of clothing at Cara.

Cara dressed in her new tshirt and jeans, and she left for Starbucks with Freya and Sophie.

Immediatly I woke up Brad, Tara and Luke and we started to decorate the house. I hung streamers and ribbons all over the roof whilst Brad had a hard time blowing up balloons. Luke called the pizza delivery place and ordered pizza to be delivered in a few hours.

Connor arrived about 20 minutes later with a mound of Cara's favorite sweets and a huge box wrapped in shiny paper and a bow.

"Jesus Connor! What the hell is that?!" said Tara, seemingly x-raying the box with her eyes alone.

"You'll find out later!" Said Connor, winking.

Soon everything was ready and we all hid in various locations. Brad and Luke went behind the couch, Tara in the cupboard under the stairs. I didn't hide as I was to be the one to open the door and let them in.

We hid Connor upstairs and decided not to bring him out until the cake was being cut!

The doorbell rang.

"Hey, Cara! How was your coffee?"

"Lia, why are all these stream-"

"SSSUUPPPRRIISSEE!!!!"

Everyone lept out from their hiding spots, except Connor of course, as Cara took in the balloons and streamers and cake, the extremely loud music that was sure to annoy the neighbours.

"Oh my gosh guys! Thank you so much!" said Cara, red in the face.

"Let's open some PPRRREEESSSEENNTTSS!!!" said Connor, bounding down the stairs.

"CONNOR!" screamed Cara, jumping on him.

Connor then carried Cara into the living room where her presents were all stacked up in a pile. Connor shoved his in her direction. She opened the lid and took out a small Labrador puppy!

"CONNOR OH MY GOSH I LOVE IT I LOVE YOU HES CALLED JOE!" she squealed, squeezing Connor and Joe at the same time.

Woop! Sorry this chapter was short guys, just wanted to get this bit out of the way so some real drama can unfold!

The next chapter will be written by Nikole, (Again, yes, nikole the character is based off of her)  so yeah!
