(Okay so this is going to be one where Lo never said 'I love you' but there was never a fight, she just waited for him to be ready)

(Oh yeah, also, just one more thing before I start this, get your tissues and prepare your feels. Or hide them so they won't break)

Logan's POV

I sighed and smiled weakly as I pulled up to my destination.

I grabbed the flower that lay next to me, a lily and took a deep breath before exiting the car.

I walked along a path my brain had programmed into my memory, glancing at the others as I passed.

Many were old and dirty, moss growing and covering the names, or leaves and twigs and dirt.

I walked until I reached a specific place. The place that held my angel.

I sat on the grass in front of her, soaking in the silence for a few moments before beginning.

"Sorry I haven't visited in a while, just a little busy," I started. I paused and glanced down at the flower and I fiddled with it,  careful not to ruin it.  "I know that's no excuse." I chuckled.

"Well, I don't really know what to say, give me a second," I said thinking.

"Um, well, oh yeah,  Anxiety told us his name finally, it's Virgil. That was interesting."

Narrator's POV

He went silent. His eyes stung and his throat had clenched as words evaded him.

"Nothing is the same without you..." he finally got out after a minute of silence.

"The world isn't as bright as it was when you were here," he cried softly, a few stray tears running down his cheeks.

"It's really not logical for me to be feeling this way, death is just a part of life, it's inevitable, but... it still hurts. "

He wiped away his tears and looked at the lily.

"I talk about it like it's been years, but really it just happened two months ago. I remember that when you woke up the first thing you asked was if the other guy was okay, I guess you were just to perfect for this world huh? Heaven just wanted it's angel back. I get it, you're great, I just wish it wasn't so soon. I wish I got at least another 50 years with you."

He fell silent again.

"I had a question, and something I needed to tell you, I had this whole thing planned out but then life decided to mess everything up. Well, technically death, but still."

"I guess now is the best I'm gonna get," he concluded.

"Y/n?" He asked.

He pulled out a TARDIS shaped box, it was the 11's TARDIS, and smiled slightly, you would've loved it.

The 11th was your favorite.

"I'm bad with words so I'll just let the note ask it for me."

He opened the box and inside was a note with the words, 'Want to be my companion?'

And then there was the ring.

It was simple, nothing particuarly flashy or spectacular, but it was different. A small blue diamond and angels wings engraved on the side. Like a blue Snitch. You would've loved it and that's all that mattered.

"This is the part where you say yes and we hug and kiss and I tell you that I love you, and explain how not even with two hearts, could anyone feel as much love as I feel for you," he chuckled, placing the box next to the headstone with the lily laying next to it.

"Well, I should be going, before my heart breaks. I'm afraid I don't have a second one." He joked, pushing himself up.

"I love you Y/n, I forgot to say it, but I do."

With that he turned and walked back to the car, getting in and driving away.
