The next day came like any other Friday, the classes were slow and boring. I spent every second looking at the clock tick, waiting for lunch and any classes I had with Ned or (y/n).

Those are the only times I get to see (y/n).

Those times are good times.

The way her smile lights up any room, her cheeky laugh that appeared when Ned or I said something weird, nerdy or funny. I would do so much to hear that laugh on repeat...ok maybe it would get creepy after awhile, but you get my point!

*brinngg*

Everyone got up while the teacher tried to yell assignments and homework over the loud bustle of hungry kids. It was lunch time, everyone's second favorite time, first being leaving school.

I went out as fast as my feet could take me, I couldn't wait to see Ned and (y/n), class is so boring without them honestly.

I strolled into the lunch room, grabbed some food and sat with Ned and (y/n) .

"Hey! How was your guys class?" I ask not even looking at my food, but I noticed something different...

(Y/n) was blushing?!

Since when does she blush!? And why?! Gosh, I'm so confused!

"(Y/n) has a crush on someone!" Ned blurted winking at me, yeah he knew. Of corse he does, I mean, he's my bbf! That stands for bro-best-friend! By the way... (stop trying to be cool Peter)

"I-Its no big deal..."
(Y/n) said nudging Ned and covering her blushing cheek with her hands. I lit up like a Christmas tree, c-could she like me? No, there's no way...ok um...maybe it's possible in some other universe!?

"Well come on now spill!" I said, trying to hide my excitement by poking my food, while my eyes stayed locked on her face.

"It's, n-nobody, really, Ned's just being Ned" She said shyly blushing like crazy.

"Hey!"

I cocked my eyebrows up at her.

"Ahem, well I was thinking we could go to the beach after school today, who's with me?" Ned offered, changing the subject. I blushed a little, (y/n) in a bathing suit? This is going to be a good weekend, it couldn't get any better.

"Can I invite Axle?"

I take it back. I spoke too soon.

Ned looked at me, I shrugged like I was ok with it. Was I ok with it? Not really. Do I want him to be there? Again, not really.

"Sure!" Ned responded. (Y/n) squealed, while I suddenly felt a weight put on my shoulders, maybe s-she likes Axle? No! They just met!

"Thanks guys, your the best! I got to go catch up on my homework, I will see you in English class!" She walked away, her beautiful (h/c) hair bounced and shimmered with ever step she took.

"Did she do something with her hair?" I said staring at her, mesmerized, no peeling my eyes off her till she went around the corner.

"She told me she was using now conditioner" Ned responded backing up my comment.

"Huh.." I responded, still staring at the same spot where she turned.

I've definitely fallen for her. I hope she could do the same...someday.

I started walking through the empty halls my shoes making noises with every step. Suddenly, I heard quick footsteps coming towards me.
