Chapter Four

Lilly: Hi Yousef? why are you here?
Yousef: *smiles and sees a rose in a vase* i see you got my rose, last night i came by but you weren't here so i left it on your doorstep.
Lilly: *smiles and gets a little confused* you got me that rose?
Yousef: yes, because. Lilly i need to tell you something.
Lilly: oh... alright come on in.
*they walk in and sit on the couch*
Lilly: is something wrong?
Yousef: the thing that is wrong is i havent told you how i feel before this. *her heart drops*
Yousef: Lilly, I love you. And i know this is random but i needed to, get this off my chest you know? *Lilly nods* I have been feeling like this since the day i met you. you are beautiful, funny, and just overall amazing.
Lilly: uh. wow i mean I'm flattered Yousef but... *someone knocks on the door* excuse me. *she gets up and opens the door*
Lilly: Dom! uh.. come on in..
Dominic: oh.. hi yousef.. *he gets suspicious*
Yousef: Oh okay. I see.
Lilly: Yousef.
Yousef: no! don't worry. *he gets a little sad but he doesn't want to say anything* It's fine Lilly, we can continue this another time.. or not. see you around Lilly. *he gets up and walks out*
Lilly: that was. very dramatic and unexpected, she sits down and puts her head in her hands* any way. what's up dom?
Dominic: uh. mines can wait.. what just happened?
Lilly: *looks up* Yousef just told me he loves me. out of complete no where.
Dominic: *gets a little sad and nervous* what... what did you say to him?
Lilly: i wasn't really able to continue because you came and i guess he thought we were together... ugh. and now i just feel guilty.
*dom sits next to her*
Dominic: do you feel the same way?
Lilly: No! I mean i love yousef. he is amazing! but.. i don't love him in that way.
Dominic: so why are you so stressed out Lilly?
Lilly: He said he has had these feelings since we met. and i don't think i will ever feel the same because well. Dom. You. You are the one i have feelings for.
*Dom gets super happy and smiles.. but starts feeling bad*
Dominic: I am so glad you said that. Lilly. I am stupid. I don't know why i didn't realize how amazing you are before. I have feelings for you too.
Lilly: what about that girl..
Dominic: Bethany? she knows. she saw i was distracted on our date and she made me realize. well. it's you, you are the one i should have asked on that date.
*Lilly's heart starts beating fast and she smiles. but slowly looses it and puts her head back in her hands*
Lilly: oh gosh.
Dominic: what..?
Lilly: Yousef. I feel so horrible. I need to tell him the truth that i don't feel the same.
Dominic: I feel so horrible.
Lilly: im gonna go over to his house and straighten this drama out. I will text you later though okay dom? *he smiles and gives her a hug.*
Dominic: see you soon. *he walks out and drives home. Lilly goes to the restroom and splashes water on her face, she grabs her keys and walks out*
