Chapter Seven

*During surgery Lilly starts getting all of these thoughts again about yousef. she feels super guilty but its not her fault she doesn't feel the same way. they put Lilly to sleep as they continue the surgery, Lilly goes into a dream about yousef and dom. In the dream her and Dom and are sitting on the couch talking. Lilly starts smiling as they continue, in the dream dom says i love you. as lilly is gonna say it back she gets a knock on the door. she gets up and rolls her eyes. when she opens the door she sees its yousef. "Yousef?! I thought we were no longer talking." Lilly says. "I know and i think that's wrong. I came to apologize for that dramatic scene. And for kissing you out of the blue." yousef pauses as he sees dom get up and walk over to the door. he puts his arm around Lilly's waist. "Kissed Her?" dom says a little angry.
Y- "I see. yes Dominic i kissed her. I love her more than anything"
D- "oh well im sorry bro but Lilly won't feel the same."
Y- "Let Lilly speak for her self" he looks at her "Lilly please give me one chance. one date and if you still don't feel the same i understand. I will leave. But if you do.." dom cuts him off
D- "Dude she doesn't like you just go! don't make her feel stressed out again because of you"
Y- "You need to stay out of this dom. you were never in this conversation but out"
L- "guys please just.."
D- "I don't want to start anything. you're like a brother to me i don't wanna fuck that up"
Y- "Then stay the fuck out of this!"
D- "Yousef, calm.."
Y- "No. you need to keep your mouth shut."
D- "Come on dude."
Yousef starts getting mad.
Y- "I'm tired of your shit dom!" he gets so mad to the point where he swung a punch and hit dom in the jaw.
L- "DOMINIC!"
dom got back up
D- "was that really necessary?" dom swung back and hit him in the jaw. they start getting in this big ass fight and Lilly tries stoping them.
L- "GUYS PLEASE STOP"
yousef accidentally pushes lilly and she falls to the floor. Dom stops fighting to pick up Lilly but yousef Hits him one more time really hard where he fell to the floor.
L- "this was all because of me.."
the dream ends and her heart starts beating super quick. dom barges in*
Dominic: Whats happening!?
Doctor: She is having a panic attack!
Dominic: what why!?
*more doctors rush in and try calming her down. lilly takes a deep breath and there heart beat starts slowing down*
Dominic: What happened!?
*the doctor checks everything*
Doctor: I'm.. I'm so sorry. Lilly seems to be having a bad dream and since we were in the middle of surgery we couldn't wake her up or she would get seriously hurt. more hurt than she already is. and because of that reason..
Dominic: what!?
*the doctor turns around and looks at him*
Doctor: I'm sorry, Lilly has entered a coma..
*Dom falls to his knees.*
Doctor: we don't know how long this will last. hopefully it will be only a few days or weeks
Dominic: how long can this last?!
Doctor: days. weeks.. months... maybe even years....
*dom starts tearing up*
Doctor: we are going to have to continue the surgery and hope she wakes up. we are going to give her medicine until she wakes up.
*Dominic gets up and wipes his face he looks at her and steps out so they continue. he starts pacing outside and gets so mad to the point where he punches the wall, he sheds a tear*
Dominic: I'm so sorry Lilly.
