Chapter Twenty

*Lilly finally finished up her video and posted it. She didn't want to do super sixty because she didn't have so much energy at that moment, she was more worried about dom and what was going to happen when she saw him. She looked at the time to see it was only 3pm, so she still had 3 free hours to herself. She decided to head to a meeting, finish a script, and go see Dom tonight. She got in her car and drove off to her meeting. While in the meeting she couldn't stop thinking about Dom. She got through the entire the meeting thankfully, but couldn't get dom out of her head. She began to drive back home. she had about 1 hour and a half left to finish her script. she never went home though. she went to the beach and began walking up and down the shore to clear her head. She started thinking about the worse possible things that were going to happen. She finally thought of the most reasonable answer. The reason why he wants to meet her there. She shed a tear but thought maybe. It's for the best. She looked down at the club clock to see it was 5:45, and dom should be coming soon. She sat down on the bench and began waiting for Dom.*

*Dominic went out to buy her flowers. He smiled as he was leaving the store with the flowers in his hand. He got into the car and took a deep breath. He drove off to the beach, happy he was going to see Lilly. But devastated about what he was going to do. He arrived at the beach and sat in the car a for a little bit to think about how he was going to say this. He looked out the window to see Lilly sitting on the bench waiting for him. He smiles softly. He gets out the car and walks up to her*

Dominic: Hello pretty lady. Is this seat taken?
*Lilly looks up and smiles at him*
Lilly: No it is not handsome man, please have a seat.
*Dominic smiles and sits down. He hands her the roses and she takes them. She smells them and smiles. but her smile slowly starts fading away, she sets the roses down next to her and looks back up at dom*
Lilly: Thank you for the roses Dom. They are beautiful, but.
Dominic: But why did i invite you here. what is so important i have to tell you?
Lilly: Yeah.. I have been trying to think of it. i have a few thoughts but i don't want to just assume anything without knowing for sure.
Dominic: I know this is very random. and this past month has been full of many. many different ups and downs. a lot have involved you and me getting hurt. And I promised myself that when we are together. I will do nothing but protect you. I will make sure you are safe and happy no matter what. Because i love you Lilly. And i am sure you know that but. *he starts tearing up and looks into her eyes*
Lilly: What is it Dominic. *she wipes his tears and looks into his eyes.*
Dominic: We can't be together Lilly. And this breaks me too say because i love you so much. you are the girl who makes me happy and has always been there for me. but, i have to stay true to the promise i made you. to keep you safe, make sure you are healthy and happy. These visions i have been having haven't been leading to anything good while we are together. while i was away from you for a little bit i had a lot of time to think about why the hell all this bull shit keeps on happening to you. You do not deserve this and i want you to be safe. my final vision i had last night told me, We cant be together... *Lilly starts tearing up, she smiles softly and makes dom look at her. She kisses him on the lips*
Lilly: Well damn dom. *she laughs a little bit* I think that is the sweetest thing anyone has ever said to me. and I understand.. If these means that both of us are going to be safe. and no more consistent problems appearing out of no where that puts us both in danger and in pain in the end then i understand. I love you okay Dominic? That's never going to change. *Dominic Looks at her in the eyes for one more time. They start to kiss on the lips. When Dominic pulls away he smiles very very small. he wipes her tears and gives her a hug. he whispers into her ear*
Dominic: I-I will always love you from a far Lilly.
*They stop hugging and he kisses her on the forehead. Lilly grabs the flowers and smiles.*
Lilly: I'll Love You Forever Dominic. Thank you for everything.
